Hi I purchased the office 365 license they neither process my order nor send the email so I asked them to process the refund but they won't the process the refund instead of that they always ask me to wait for 48 hrs I don't know where to post the screenshot of they need screen shot please let me know

Bought a i phone 6S from shopclues. The phone looked good,but the mic is faulty. Now the dealer refuses to accept it back or exchange it inspite of 6 month warranty. I had notified the defect on the same day I received the goods.

All fake products, ordered 3 and im still waiting for refund of my money for 2 orders..

one order they did refund was in cluesbucks, which is useless as one can only shop at shopclues for more fake and useless products.

Customer service is a joke and any query goes into dustbin as they simply don't care for a single reply.

I wonder how this company is still operational, These fools lowering standerds of indian startups..

This is with reference to our Order ID 185732036 & Return ID 8010953 for IKALL N7 7Inch Display Tablet (2-16GB, Wi-fi, Android 6.0 Marshmallow).

I ordered an ikall N7 tablet and it was delivered on 20th june 2020. I raised a complaint to return the product on the same date of delivery within 10 mins after the delivery of the product due to the following issues.
1.Late Command
2.camera scratched
3.Touch not working properly
4. Charge and USB cable was opened
5.Adaptor is not the same brand
6.Manual Guide not found
But am really unhappy with the product as well with Shopclues.com there is no proper response from them. I try to reach them through customer care and also through mail not even a single response from them.
Note: I need a speedy remedy from shopclues otherwise i will make big issue and approach Consumer Court for delivering such a improper product and worst service rendered by shopclueshopclues

Shop clues is a fraud company... I have purchased products of 6000/- but since 1 month not received my order till date.. I paid for my order on 15 may 2020 but till date no response... They send messages that you will receive your order.. But you will not get it actually... Total fraud company.. Never purchase anything... How this government is allowing this fraud company...

shopclues is waste my order booking is 27.05.2020 but still no delivery. send mail to shopclues tell me call 2 working days. But no phone call so friends shopclues booking waste of time

I was cheated. Instead of silicone gloves I got a rug .and company is not taking back product from where it delivered. Wont advise anyone to visit this site

No'1 fraud company..they employed Alok kumar and his team took my money 14,900rs claiming that I won coupon winner prize of 1lakh to withdraw that winning amount I transfer the said amount.. If the company is seying that the company doesn't entertain such winner how comes that person have ID card of ShopClues..

Fraud with me

I ordered Mamra Almond on 19/04/2020 order No. 183811406, but as on today i.e 16/05/2020 they did not deliver order at my address and they didn't cancelled order also.

Order No.183717826 Mobile Charger not delivered after waiting long time we had cancelled this order but l did not recieved the Refund yet.
I did online payment for both the orders.

You people are doing simple fraud.

Entire world is aware about Red zone green zone orange zone, however on your website you people are delvering everywhere till the time customer will make payment.

Once you get the payment in track order it will show paid area in red zone.

How stupid and wrong it is?

i want my delvery to be done or my money back

This organisation is poorly managed, engaged in selling spurious items, no post sales support.

I received totally different material against my order. Lodged immediately complaint in App for return. Till today no response. It’s more than 15 days.

New way of cheating & fraud

The items they sell in ShopClues.com is of low quality . They dont have clear return policy. The sellers in shopclues sell 3rd quality products.
I brought one mobile from ShopClues.com but it was different from what they showed in the order photo. The quality was very bad and I wanted to return it. ShopClues.com said that they cannot take the product back. And they didn't give a valid reason. And later i was not able to contact the support. Even emails were unanswered.
You cannot reach the customer support easily. They will call you if they wish. This Shows how they cheat people easily. So with my experience I would say don't buy from ShopClues.com and get cheated

Behaviour of the delivery boy is too ungainly and ungraceful,i am really dissatisfied with that kind of discourteous behaviour,he is so rude that is beyond my imagination and expectation I will suggest all the online buyers not to buy even a single product from shopclues,he is so uncivilized that he should be thrown out of the company right now otherwise the company would be in a deep deep trouble in near future for sure,he is not really acquainted with the etiquette how to behave with a customer,i think proper step should taken against such a kind of a person to teach him a lesson right now otherwise the problem will not be solved,as per as the customer satisfaction is concerned,n ow I have already decided that I am not going to purchase anything from shop clues,i will suggest my friends even not to purchase a single product from shop clues,this is the worst ever experience I have gathered today about shopclues,even the delivery boy from flipkart and Amazon are really well behaved with a view in relation to the content of the contradiction of the shopclues staff . Take proper step against such a person otherwise the company will have been suffering from a great loss.Throw him out of the company right now.

My shopping experience is really good! and customer support is very fixable.

The online shop is fraud, the delivery activity is pathetic. Does not deliver in time, neither replacement or return is approappropriate. Be aware of ordering here. I do not write reviews, but the bad experience made me do so.

order 6 items. first item was a pair of women's pants that i did not order and the coat i ordered was supposed to be delivered. i have no idea where that coat is!!
