To their credit, the Shopbefikar team responded professionally and arranged a replacement. Within **about one week**, I received a brand-new **Baiwei TW-1022** in perfect condition (also documented with photos). The replacement process was smooth and gave me confidence in their customer support.

After this positive experience, I decided to place additional orders for the **Baiwei TW-1028B Shockwave** and **Baiwei TW-1025 Bumblebee**. Both figures arrived in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations. The quality, packaging, and overall product condition were top-notch.

What impressed me most was that the company stood behind its products when an issue occurred. While their customer service may not be the fastest—likely because they appear to be a relatively small operation—they were responsive, helpful, and ultimately resolved the problem satisfactorily. I ordered 3 games. 2 games were perfectly fine. But ticket to ride was not. The board is completely warped, the city name was misprinted so you couldn't find the city name in ticket. Can't place train tokens because it keeps falling off. And their response is it's a budget variation, this much defects are expected. Not picking calls or responding for >2 days now.

I was planning to buy terraforming mars from them. Thank god I got a reality check first. Never buying from them ever again. Worst customer service ever.

They claim to have a decent quality (1st or 2nd copy) of the game, but the quality you get sucks. They do not give you what they show. I ordered thrice, the pakaging is poor, came up with repeated damages. Moreover the customer service is so poor that they question your existence. You will find better quality at the same price elsewhere. Dont buy

My order id- 43352, I had ordered a RC Helicopter model NO- DN011, but i received different product with scratches on the body and on the propeller, I had also share the image of the received product , but no solution provided till now, its almost 15 days now

I ordered the Jaipur Game. Loved the quality of product. It is above what I expected. It is cheaper than everywhere I found this game online. I got the delivery in only 4 days. Excellent service overall.

I had ordered in bulk as I had to give return gifts for my son's birthday.I had ordered video game and did check it if is not damaged but when I distributed gift after a week of delivery on my son's birthday,I got to know that a button was not working from my friend after inserting cell in it.I asked for exchange but he denied saying that replacement policy is of 48 hrs. It was quite embarrassing for me to know from my friends that it was not working.
