Nice and quick response with Pre-order and def order.
Great to be informed in November about the Pre-Order and the quick sending of the Bimco Calendar books.

It was a mixed experience. While it is easy to buy the product with few clicks, the witherby connect software need some basic change to enhance reading pleasure. It takes some time to open a book. Navigating the book and zooming not very easy. Printout from book also restricted. Since I paid to buy the book, there should be no restriction for me to printout.

I purchased SOLAS and LSA code e version and unable to download the document. I use and access these on board ships often without internet, so not having the PDF is not helpful. I feel ripped off and should have understood this before purchasing.
I understand why it is issued online, but that does not help me.

Offline feature not working, bought a book and can’t read it when there is no internet here at sea.. which happens alot

I really like the Witherby web eBook…
I really like the Witherby web eBook reader. It’s user-friendly and offers a great reading and taking notes experience. I often use it as a reference for my cadet electrician training. It would be even better if they developed a phone/tablet app that allows offline access, making it more convenient to use on the go!

I had trouble downloading and locating the recent e-publication I purchased. Your technical service team was great in helping me work through the issue. We connected via Team Viewer and Liam did all the work. Also telling me how I could view the e-publication offline.

Good Customer Service
Prompt delivery of ordered items where possible. Fantastic there is no postage.
If any queries or problems, the customer service team respond quickly. The same person is assigned to the ticket/case so communications flow easily without having to repeat details.

I initially had a book delivered which ended up being damaged. However I got in contact to the team and they were incredibly nice and helpful, gave me access to a e-book free of charge and sent a replacement copy which came promptly.overall very happy and a great book very helpful
