Excellent books but lacks quality
The book I received quality is bad, pages coming off one by one and requires separate binding and also I haven't used much and just when I started, pages are coming out, other book was fine. Issue was only quality of the print and the books are excellent, useful for my exam. Expected better quality in terms of cost.

UPS delivery the book was Terrible and delayed.
The process of delivering the book in Turin, Italy was terrible. Despite paying extra money for special delivery, it was delayed, and I also had to pay an additional €107 in taxes to be able to claim it. UPS's delivery service is very bad; there is a lack of information and poor customer service.

I did contact the sales department and they fixed a second fast delivery, meanwhile provided with a temporary access to the connect eBook for my convenience.
The replacing copy arrived safe in three/four days.
