I wanted this product in print even though it's available online as I found the format on the scouts website tricky to follow. It's really easy to flick through to what you want to read about and refer back to once you've gained your permit.

So far a good guide
Having done the Nights Away course I bought this book to help fill in any gaps. Scout website suggests that this book will tell you everything you need to know. It doesn’t. There are a lot of important details missing and you will need to find the answers elsewhere. There is very little information about camping on a green field site.
