Nothing in stock???
Everything at this site is either not in stock! And massively overpriced! I mean £11 plus for a tiny badge ( gp200) no way!!! There's no estimated time when stock will arrive , no updates etc... just Rubbish!

Hi Phil, we are sorry you feel this way. I can see from a quick search that the majority of GP200 parts are in stock/coming into stock. We cannot always give exact ETA's as we are not in control of the shipping and customs processes that are involved with sourcing parts from the other side of the world, often they don't line up with the quoted ETA's from the factories.
The price of the parts aligns with the current state of shipping and the costs involved, again something we have little to no control over. We stand to make very little on many of the parts we sell, including Royal Alloy.
We would always recommend speaking to us directly in this scenario, as we can often give, at the very least, a rough estimate of when we are due parts.
Online Purchase does not work.

Hi there Gina, unfortunately we only have one phone line available for the online shop at any given time. The line was likely busy with another customer, this being the case we do have several other departments who are there to help over the phone, as well as a website live chat and our shop email.

We close at 5pm and did not see your email until this morning. We have contacted the store who sent out the paddock stand and can confirm the pins had fallen out whilst they were packaging the item for delivery.
I have requested that the pins be sent out ASAP for a weekend delivery. They should be with you tomorrow, latest of Monday.
Again, we apologise for this inconvenience.

Hi Liyah, we're sorry to hear you're having a negative experience. After speaking with our parts department, I can confirm we do in fact have serviceable parts in stock for the Lambretta V125. It does sound like your dealer may have misinformed you about our parts available based on stock levels on the online shop.
We would like to note that dealer requests do not go through our online shop, the online shop is a separate part of MotoGB and as such has a separate Trust Pilot page.
We would recommend speaking to your dealer and have them contact us directly, as we may be able to help with this situation. They can contact us on 01257 485222 and select option 2 for our parts department.
Scotland isn't part of mainland Great Britain, what?
Apparently Scotland is not part of the UK mainland according to Motogb, and so rather counter intuitively, while you would expect, as in any other online store, to plug in the UK as country to ensure delivery, you have to go down the scroll menu and pick Scotland on this site. Which took my a while to figure out, because, you know, it hardly makes sense.
I thought it was the old bugbear of website a decade ago pretending the Scottish Highlands were separate from the rest of the island, but no, this lot somehow think there's a sea between Scotland and the rest of the UK, a step beyond that already outdated approach to posting things north.
Makes even less sense, because the postage is the same for both Scotland and the UK, so heaven knows what took hold of them to make that unnecessary nuisance for customers.

Hi there, our website is undergoing changes with our delivery selections due to issues with the Channel Islands & Northern Ireland postage costs. Temporarily, the only way we could exclude these postage costs was to separate post codes, unfortunately this included Scotland. We would have been more than happy to answer any questions on this matter.
Just to reiterate, we are not trying to divide or separate Scotland from our UK mainland shipping. This is simply a temporary technical issue.

This item has been out of stock for ages, I kept looking on the website every day, then out of the blue they were back in stock. They arrived in no time, look fantastic on my scooter, so pleased with Motogb, great place to do business with.

Hi there, we are sad to see there has been an issue with your order. I can confirm the item in question is still due to be despatched today and delivered to you tomorrow, as per the conversation you had with a member of staff on our shop live chat, it was advised that you would receive the part this week.
We are unable to keep all our stock at our headquarters, we often source our stock from our physical stores or suppliers that hold stock for us. This is why we advise 3-5 working days on average for delivery, though it can be as quick as next day delivery depending on where the stock is based. I can also confirm that the delivery was meant to be despatched on Friday, for delivery what would have been likely today. Unfortunately, DPD did not collect from the store in question on Friday, delaying your order by 1 day.
As you are aware, we were only back in the office on Tuesday from the Easter bank holiday, which was detailed on our home page. This meant your order was only processed on the Tuesday.
We are extremely sorry for the lack of communication, generally we will only get in touch with a customer regarding the order after the advised 3-5 working days if there has been a delay. Sadly, it does appear you did not receive the initial order confirmation email which we can understand is frustrating, this is not our normal practice.
