Great experience from start to finish. From the demo ride ( not easy to find) to delivering in person to the midlands at 9pm to avoid me having to wait ages for the transport company. Awesome service

Weird little scammers
I took my Street Triple in for a service and they tried to screw me over.
They told me the bike was dangerous to ride and tried to charge over £800 to replace the forks and clean the brake pads from oil which did not need doing,I took the bike somewhere else and they just replaced the fork seal. They will regret this once I find the people responsible in the service department.
Questionable advertising
Recently placed and payment taken for an online order for a discounted tyre as flagged up by Google.
Two days later received notification of a refund. No reason or explanation given as to why the product was so suddenly not available.
Questionable advertising ?
No such email received on 12/11 providing any explanation for non-availability.
If I had at least received the courtesy of such I would not be reviewing as I have on Trustpilot.

Dreadful
Have been using Guildford Harley-Davidson for a long time now and I'm sorry to say it has seen a significant drop in customer service over the last few weeks.
I used to get all my parts from a young chap on the parts desk who always had time to answer any questions I had, he was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and you could tell had a real love for the brand
Unfortunately after phone conversation and a recent visit where I dealt with a young lady called Holly on both occasions I shall not be coming back to Guildford Harley. Firstly she seemed rather annoyed that I had disturbed her from staring at her mobile phone and sadly it became quickly apparent that Holly doesn't actually appear too know anything about Harleys. I asked her about having a stage 2 kit fitted to my bike and some other custom work undertaken. She could neither explain what was involved in a stage 2 and had to go and ask a technician and then when I asked about the other work namely front and rear suspension upgrades again I was met with a blank look before being showed images of some ohlins without any sort of explanation of how they are better or how they work with the various settings.
Now I'm not a fool and have looked into these things myself briefly before coming down to the dealership so have some understanding. What I didn't expect was someone to be working there representing the brand that quite honestly doesn't have a clue and is rude
Speaking to a couple of friends that also used the dealership regularly they both confirmed my experience. So sadly it was not a one off as I had hoped
Given how many Harley dealerships have closed over the last couple of years you would think the remaining ones would want to do everything possible to stay open but I dont have much hope for Guildford when they have staff like this working there, effectively turning money away
How a dealership SHOULD be !!
I went to Triumph Watford to look at some bikes, after deciding to do my DAS course to get my A licence.
I was greeted by Ram, and he helped me choose my bike. I told him what I was looking for, showed me multiple bikes the had, wakes me through picking all the options I wanted, and kept me updated the entire way !
Ram was so polite and personable the entire time, and he all the answers to any questions I had !!!
Absolutely brilliant service, and I can’t thank Ram enough for all his help !!!

I was unfortunately sent the wrong tank bag and no installation kit was included. My query was handled very efficiently and effectively by James at Lind. The business acknowledged and corrected the mistake without any additional cost to me and the correct items were the. promptly shipped 👏
