I ordered the Leeds 3rd kit shirt on-line last Thursday night and it arrived this afternoon true to the 1-3 business days. Size guide is bang on with the fitting of the shirt. I was surprised to see so many negatives reviews on Trust Pilot about the club shop online purchasing. A very good experience that went smoothly from purchase to delivery. I was well informed of the tracking of delivery. A great looking shirt!
Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered a poster for my grandson’s bedroom and the delivery was due to be completed by Evri. Evri emailed to say it had been delivered, however the photo evidence clearly showed it had been left at a completely different address.
I contacted Evri and was told I needed to take the matter up with the Leeds United Official Shop. I have since sent numerous emails to the shop and have received no response at all.
I love Leeds United Football Club, but this online store is letting the club down. Taking money from supporters and then failing to supply the goods is unacceptable. I definitely would not order from this site again
Poor Quality T-Shirt
Leeds outsource their T-shirts to a company called fanaticsretailgroup.com, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
I purchased a T-shirt in early December as a Christmas present for my brother, who is a huge fan. I only opened it Christmas Eve to wrap it, and the quality is shockingly bad. The item I received looks nothing like what was advertised on the official website. The material and print are extremely poor — I’ve genuinely seen better quality T-shirts for €6 on Temu.
I bought from the official shop specifically to guarantee quality, and that was clearly a mistake. I also tried to contact customer support, but my complaint email was bounced back, which is unacceptable.
I would normally return the item, but with Christmas so close I don’t have that option. I won’t be purchasing from this shop again and would not recommend it to others.
Disgusting delivery and return fees
A fiver for standard delivery.. then another fiver to return it as it didn't fit. Then another fiver for a different size to be sent out. I wouldn't of paid it but it was a birthday present. I'll never order from this shop again. Absolute robbery. I'm also still waiting for My money back from the returns. Its been over a week and 4 days.
Leeds mug
Ordered a Leeds mug. Paid £4.95 postage, (62% of item cost). Took a week to arrive. Unboxed and dirty inside. Very disappointed. Should have bought from another site.
Adds on a lot extra at check out
To buy one home shirt to be shipped to USA, which I have done before, Leeds now adds on $46 extra for “Duties and fees”. Vague and too much. No longer going to shop with them, no matter how much hubby loves them. 😢

If I could give no stars I would. Spent 285 euro and had no choice but express delivery over 20 euro also charged 26 euro customs. Got message on Friday to say item would be delivered on Monday by FedEx. Tracked Monday it said out for delivery then not out for delivery. 2 days later have contacted Leeds shop they don’t want to know. Contacted FedEx cannot speak to human no idea where parcel is. Got phone call today from FedEx who are delivering for Leeds shop saying delivery in 3 working days and also got email to say delivery tomorrow??? The parcel being delivered to my husbands job and FedEx have billed this company the customs charge I paid on my order. Rang Leeds they don’t want to know said they can’t see customs charge on my invoice but I can I have it in front of me????? Never again will I order from Leeds shop and will I ever get my parcel ??? Disgraceful non customer service

Disgusting arrogant staff in White rose Leeds store. Would not let me return a shirt which I bought online as they said their policy had changed. Even though online it still states you can get a refund in store. Never again will I buy online

Great at two stores
Really good. The Leeds and ER stores are well stocked with good and helpful staff. Manager at the city centre store deserves special credit, he’s first class. Workforce at white rose need sorting out with sweary music over the speakers and too many unhelpful, disengaged staff.
Unprofessional
Disgraceful, custom ordered the new home shirt. Opened it up upon arrival, where it had just been pressed they must have scrunched it all up into a tiny package. Unravelled it and all the names and lettering has been creased. Then to my shock the EFL badge had been pressed on a crease and isn’t even in line on the sleeve properly. Waste of £60. Awaiting the club shops response but judging by the other entries on here I doubt it will be a quick solution.

What has happened with my order is absolutely unacceptable.. I spent alot of money on 4 shirts and the quality they have turned up in is disgraceful. I ordered one medium home shirt and it has arrived with numbers and a name on the back that was never requested and it also had no EFL arm badge. The large home shirt has the EFL badge but it has been printed on a crease!! The large away shirt's EFL badge is half hanging off!! The order turned up in a bag held together with random strips of cellotape. Having spent £215 on what was suppose to be a birthday present I'm absolutely furious with the level of care taken here. I spoke with Paige and Frazer and neither of them provided any suitable resolution other than saying to return the items. Not good enough at all and this poor level of customer service on top of the experience I just had is the reason I decided today to not shop here again

Charged for service not used
I bought the wrong size shirt online and returned for a refund. I returned the parcel at my own expense using my own method of postage Royal Mail tracked 48. When I received my refund £10.42 had been deducted for return shipping - I never used their shipping!!!! Have emailed but no response as yet - not good!
Disappointed
At the end of November I ordered nearly £80 worth of Leeds items, accessories etc which included a diary for my husband’s birthday in December. He has been an avid fan for almost 70 years. When he unwrapped it he realised that it was a 2024 diary. I admit I made the error but who sells diary’s at the end of the year at full price? Who would even want one? I contacted their customer service by email and they replied to say that I would have to pay to return it and then pay postage to get a 2025 diary sent back. Very mean and disappointing.

Why is it so hard to get a response!
Like others its with a heavy heart that i write this review... I'm a lifelong Leeds fan living in Toronto - Canada, so using the Leeds store is one of my main ways to get merchandise overseas. I've had many bad experiences over the years, including goods arriving damaged (not necessarily the Leeds stores fault), but what is unforgivable is the complete lack of any follow up when you try to reach out for help. No one seems to care. My latest issue is not even with merchandise, I'm trying to get a refund for the Burnely game, which I bought 2 game day passes for - due to a technical issue I was unable to watch - and after several emails, still nothing... I'm a life long fan, willing to spend my money, but I'm sorry, you need to do better and someone needs to take this seriously.
Disappointing Service
My son purchased a new away shirt for 2024 (yellow), putting the name of his favourite player on the back (Rutter - £80), who Leeds then sold prior to the transfer window so they have refused to exchange his shirt and won't respond to any communication attempts. Extremely disappointing stance/service from a club that we have supported all our lives

I have been a season ticket holder for 30 years and tried to shop on here from time to time (always with issues) Tried to reset my password this morning but due to pop ups that are constant account is now locked. You never fail yo under achieve Leeds United Shopping. Appalling! TBH I have given up and will go to a shop rather than online.

wish I could give it worse than one. star communication is poor. they have a premium rate for phone that you can't get through to the chat function is useless yes they just hang up on you. everything to do with customer services is diabolical really good at taking your money though
