Fuzzball was 5 star but due there suppliers not being able to get tuna and chicken they have sourced a different supplier
But it’s taken me a few week to get my cat to eat the chicken be grudgingly ,but refuses to eat any products with the new approved Tuna ingredients in
But loves the Mackerel dishes
Don’t change these Fuzzball TAKE NOTE and advice your loyal customers with an email when changing ingredients or suppliers

I absolutely love Fuzzballs and so do my furry fellas Saint and Bruno! Complete whole meals resulting in empty polished plates and energetic happy cats! I think its a lovely touch to receive free gifts/discount on your next boxes when having a repeat order, this is such a generous treat to your customers. Would absolutely 100% recommend!

Don't know why i was sent this, i unsubscribed well over a year ago, as my cat stopped liking your food quite quickly, also no need for any food as my cat passed away last month.

My cat unfortunately, doesn’t like the food. But she is a fussy little girl.
However, she very much approves of the chicken sprinkles, which I have renamed “magic fairy dust”.
She is excited for food for the first time. Ever.
I have also had great communications with Ben in customer service.

Nala & Luna love fuzzball! it is a little pricey yes, but the quality and nutrition is brilliant. I do use it alongside another company, partly due to the cost, but also to have different food on rotation to prevent fussiness 😅 I love the rewards system I think that’s great, and a brilliant way of trying treats before buying! Customer service is brilliant, they’ve been helpful and accommodating - shout out to Alex 🥰! Chicken&duck, mackerel&shrimp and tuna&salmon are faves along with the whitefish treats! The trial box is a brilliant way to test the food!

Good, reliable company, product excellent.
I have been using Fuzzball for my cat food for about 1 year now and never really had any issues with them at all. The quality of the cat food is excellent and my elderly boy loves it. You can change your order every month if you want to and amend delivery dates.
I would high recommend

My BSH is such a fussy cat but she absolutely loves her dry biscuits. Before, she would take all day to finish her food but now she wolfs it down.

Highly recommend Fuzzball! The food is nutritious and my cat loves it. Although pricier than high street brands, it’s worth it. Quick delivery and excellent customer service, with queries answered promptly. I also love the new rewards system including treats and toys for cats, plus cash back for owners. It’s clear they really value their customers.

My cat Winston absolutely loves his Fuzzball meals and biscuits. He gets super excited when his box arrives in the post 😻

Ordered a box of various food, treats & sprinkles. My cats wouldn’t touch any of it.
Why are the chicken cubes made in China? Not that I have any issue with Chinese things, but this seems bizarre.
I gave the cats another brand of premium food that they do like, but when I added Fuzzball sprinkles, they wouldn’t eat any of it.

Some of the best service & food we've had for our cat in a while. Its easy enough to order and I like how simple the menu is to change if he's being picky on one flavour to the other. Delivery wise we've never had an issue, fuzzball contacted us to tell us they were having a stock delay for their Just Chicken & Just tuna boxes, that it wouldn't arrive with our box in time so they shipped it without those boxes + a full refund and replacement boxes free of charge.

Quality wise, im happy with it. The broth to meat ratios are perfect for our cat. The foods look like what theyre supposed to be instead of that same brown cube chunk regardless of if its Chicken, fish, beef etc. You get with cheaper/lq foods. His coat has been noticeably shiny & softer since starting fuzzball and he has been leaving little to no food.

The freebies are always enjoyed, we still have our trial box Chicken sprinkles and our cat absolutely adores them. The toys are perfect for what our cat enjoys playing with. We will definitely be ordering their freeze dried Hearts & quail yolks as we don't get many freeze dried treats locally but our cat loves them out of other more "biscuit" type treats.

We will definitely be keeping with fuzzball. Very happy, even my parents have now subscribed for their cat after borrowing some of our tins. 🙏

Food is excellent quality, although convincing my cat of such can be a little challenging at times! Delivered to the door, which is so convenient, as is the ordering system. I like that I can delay or adjust the delivery date, online, if required. Very simple, effective, good for the environment (as all tins & cardboard - no plastic!), & good value. Purrrrfect!!

I've been feeding my cat with Fuzzball wet food for over a year now. She's 5 and a half now. Her coat is much softer and shinier, and she has more energy. Love delivery to my door, very handy. I recommend Fuzzball to anyone with a cat.

Fuzzball is great for my three cats (two greedy, one fussy). Switching to fuzzball from supermarket cat food eliminated digestive issues. It looks and smells like actual food. The service is also really quick, helpful and personalised. Eli has been happy to help whenever I've had a question about my subscription.

Good food and good quality...price is competitive and prompt delivery service.

I'm on holiday and the cat sitter told me there's not enough fuzzball tins left!! I logged on and clicked ship now on my next subscription box. Just over an hour later I got my shipment notification! Now that's fast and I'll sleep soundly knowing my fuzzball fan back home won't be missing out 😻
