Great service, fair price
I ordered a bike 28 Dec. The Manager Mike helped a lot, guided through process and supported all requests. The bike was sent to Cyprus very quickly by FedEx, and arrived in less than 2 weeks. I'm happy!

Fast, easy
I bought a cycle frame and had it shipped to India. The experience was seamless and my bike was delivered in 3 days flat. Thank you EatSleepCycle!

Online shopping
Super easy communication before placing the order, maybe because I was about to buy a full bike? Cause then they forgot to ship couple of things together with the bike and immediately became difficult to reach. We closed the deal with a refund after few reminders.
The bike, being an ex demo, has a few small signs of use but nothing significant, all in all I am very happy with the purchase!

Mucho por mejorar en la gestión.
Al hacer pedido no se recibe correo de confirmación, estado del pedido ni recogida disponible.
Cuando me dirijo a la tienda física a preguntar me dicen que han roto estoc y que el producto no está disponible.

Very disappointed, still waiting for refund
Update: after another reminder, the refund has been sent
I am sorry to say I am very disappointed. After my order was shipped, I was informed, one of the items was no longer available and that I will receive a refund for the item. To this day, I have not received my money back, even after sending out multiple reminder emails.
Moreover, the rest of the order was in a horrible state- items were not in individual bags, not folded, and all wrinkled. I was promised a discount/a voucher for the inconvenience, also nothing.

Tema administratiu molt deficient
No he rebut factura, en cap moment vaig rebre notificació ni confirmació de comanda, res.
La web no té (o no he sabut trobar) cap apartat o àrea de client per veure l’estat de la comanda.
La sensació ha estat duna gestió administrativa poc sèria.
El producte és correcte i el vaig rebre en un temps “relativament correcte”.
Crec que us heu de prendre més seriosament l’apartat del client dins la vostra web, la comunicació per mail, confirmació de comandes i tracking de les mateixes.
