Terrible service
Purchased 2 items 8 days ago , had to contact shop and was told they would be dispatched within 24 hours as they were for a gift.
Nothing further, contacted shop again and told neither now neither in stock.
Absolute joke - I now have 24 hours to purchase new gifts.
Not cool

From Malaysia,ordered on 29 June,and item arrived on 4 July. Very fast delivery! And customer service also responded to my email regarding tracking number. So far satisfied with this e-shop,quite suprise with the reviews by others

Ordered 3 items ... wanted to change colour of one item .. they said no . I would have to cancel all of the order .. and then reorder again ... a joke ... did not even try to help me ... phoned up ... no answer . Emailed . No reply

I ordered 5x all of my order is cancelled. Not recommended to shop here.

Ordered a t shirt on the 21st of February, after countless emails and calls trying to get in contact with them with no luck, I contacted Amex to chase this up and only after that I received an email apologizing saying my order will be dispatched.
Then 2 days later saying the order has been cancelled due to no stock.

I bought a bag from here and I would definitely buy through the e-shop again! Took a couple days for them to confirm the order so I contacted customer support and got back fast! I'm happy that the duties/customs were included in the order which also lead to fast shipping. I'm from Canada and it came all the way from London and took 2 days to ship. I approve that they are a legit company to buy some designer pieces.

They never shipped me anything as many times as I ordered. Likewise, they have some kind of preference for whom they sell.

Ho comprato i primi di gennaio un piumino stüssy, qualche giorno dopo mi arriva da DHL una mail che mi chiede varie dichiarazioni per lo sdoganamento (tutto normale vivendo in Italia) e poche ora dopo la prima mail mi viene richiesto un “certificato di disinfestazione delle piume”, questo certificato ovviamente io non lo avevo così ho provato a contattare con diverse mail il negozio, senza mai ricevere risposta, la settimana dopo inizio a chiamarli al numero di assistenza inglese, alle prime chiamate sembra che stiano cercando di procurare il certificato. La vicenda va avanti per due settimane ed eravamo arrivati al punto in cui mi chiedevano di avere pazienza perché a detta loro stavano aspettando i documenti necessari direttamente da stüssy, nei giorni ancora successivi mi arriva una chiamata di DHL che mi chiede di far sapere dei documenti richiesti perché sennò avrebbero dovuto spedire il pacco al mittente, richiamo il numero di assistenza e mi dicono che non hanno ancora avuto le carte (dopo che mi avevano assicurato che le avrebbero mandate entro il venerdì precedente, ed era domenica) e di rispedire indietro il pacco, fortunatamente dopo più o meno un’altra settimana, ieri mi è arrivata la notifica di rimborso dopo che si erano proposti di rimandarlo con i dovuti documenti (ma a distanza di un mese mi ero anche un po’ infastidito).
Non dubito lo shop sia affidabile ma nella mia esperienza (dovuta al fatto che fosse un prodotto particolare), ho avuto estrema difficoltà per PROVARE a sdoganarlo, senza concludere alla fine niente. La loro risposta finale è stata solo una mail di scuse per le tempistiche, molto deluso.

After waiting around 2 weeks for my order, I was surprised to see that they had sent me the completely wrong size of shoe, so after going back and forth with a member of customer service, Tarek, he “arranged” a DHL courier pickup for my package, this was of course a lie as there was no DHL courier anywhere to be seen, and now that I have sent my package back via the normal returns system, it has been nearly 2 weeks since my package had been received, and no sign of my refund despite stating it would take up to 5 working days, these people have essentially stolen my money, don’t risk it

I was kinda scared because of the negative reviews but I decided to purchase a bag , order it on Sunday , got an email confirmation and the next day they send me the tracking number, and got it delivered on Tuesday , so it took 2 days, which I was totally not expecting it to ship so fast due to the free shipping. Everything work out good for me, I’m in love with the bag and I got it for a super price, I will totally buy from them again!!!!!

Just purchased some trainers from DOVER STREET MARKET recently and was delighted with how professional and reliable they were was kept up to date constantly and the trainers arrived after within 2 days fantastic company would highly recommend definitely use again

8 days and I still haven't received my order. If the shipping was free, I'd have a lot more patience. But I paid £5 as it advertised 2-3 days. 2 stars because I emailed and they replied pretty swiftly, but no updates just an apology.

If you want a product quickly. don't bother here.

UPDATE: They refunded my £5 shipping fee, so moving them from 2 stars to 3 stars.

i love DSML both physical as well as e-shop. I have ordered twice and they were very professional, responsive to my emails, fair pricing with regards to the limited edition products i liked as well as the express shipping was fantastic. This store is one-of-a-kind and if you visit in person when in London or other premises, you will understand how genuine, unique and distinctive it is. Moreover it is a piece of art in terms of design and has very vintage comme des garson, stussy, even supreme instore and a vast majority of niche stuff and collaborations. strongly recommend!

I would agree with a lot of the poor reviews on here until I spoke to Mike. Up until that point I had spoken to customer services on numerous occasions to be told incorrect information and sent wrong return labels.I decided to call the shop one last time and insisted I speak to manager or supervisor. I again was asked to explain the reason for my call and was transferred to Mike. Mike is a rarity in this day and age, as he listened and went beyond resolving the issue of returning the trainers. He kept me informed and arranged for my son to collect the correct size trainer at a time to suit him and he would process the return at the same time. Unfortunately due to issues with the trains (another issue that needs addressing) the trainers have been posted. But due to Mike, DMSL’s reputation is in tact and I will shop there again. I hope he gets the recogintion for his hard work and excellent customer service and DSML are lucky to have him.

Ordered two items, delivery was slightly slower due to ‘high volumes of orders’ and when I asked about this I received a swift response from their team. Overall a good experience.

They absolutely should be put off. Very poor retailer. Order placed with a 5-7 business days sla. No communication and then cancelled (no stock) after 2 weeks. Go back on their website and the item/size is still available.

At this price tier and fee for express shipping I really expect them to ship within 48 hours. However after sending an email I got a swift reply and the item was sent the same day and arrived the day after. I wish they would send DDP to more countries or at least make it a little bit more clear at the checkout.
But overall they are decent. Not the best. Certainly not the worst either.

Wouldn’t bother! Ordered a pair of trainers nearly a week ago, numerous emails to be told they was busy as to why it hadn’t been shipped in a week! After sending more emails I got a email with a tracking number stating the order had been shipped, on looking at the tracking on dpd website they state the label has been created only but no parcel has been given to them. £5 for delivery is a joke I could of walked there from the north quicker! Uk customer
