Excellent filters that remove all the crap you don’t need in water, including fluoride which calcifies the pineal gland. Highly recommend!

Excellent product
Excellent product, particularly if you want to cut the lead from your drinking water.

Great product, but misleadingly unaffordable
The product is great, no denying that. However, because the water quality in our area is so poor - the cartridges don't last very long at all, up t0 8 days tops. I mistakenly thought the '30 day guarantee' on the website meant the filter laster >30 days, however this is not the case and was actually to do with their returns policy. So, though I love the filter and trust the brand, the filter isn't really affordable for me, unfortunately. Other than the fact this wasn't clear from their site - I can't fault the quality of the product, it is very good.

Loved it until I now - new filter required
Loved it until I now have to change the filter on the smallest jug after TWO weeks!
This seems crazy as we are a two person household and use the water for kettles, bottles and drinking out of glasses
The water does taste nice BUT 🫤

Best £ for £ on the market
Amazing product. Quite heavy . But that’s a sign of quality compared to lightweight Britta ones . The taste of the filtered water is banging . Best water purification jug for £19.99 a game changer for every household.

Excellent communication, super quick delivery, this is our third jug system and the latest is certainly the best in term of design and look - well done

Short-lived filters
I received the 1.7L jug and 2 filters as a Christmas present and was very pleased to see that the water was so much cleaner. I live in a hard water area. Like some of the reviews I have read, the water had a nasty fishy smell after barely 2 weeks so it is going to be costly to use going forward. Landfill obviously an issue too.
