Excellent filters that remove all the crap you don’t need in water, including fluoride which calcifies the pineal gland. Highly recommend!

Hi M Marynowska,
Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re happy to know you had a great experience.
Many thanks,

Taste bad only 2 weeks of use
Got a jug and 3 filters on Nov 27, the design is nice but each of the filters developed a strong fishy smell and taste after only 2 weeks of use, I have no choice but to replace the filters far earlier than expected, and I’m now using the last one.
The filter is an issue, I don’t think it worths the money if its lifespans only 2 weeks.
I wrote a complaint letter to the company few days ago but I am still waiting for their response.

Hi Mann,
We are sorry for your disappointment. Thank you for the feedback.
A Zerowater filters life is dependent on your tap water. Each filter removes 18,000 microns of contaminants from your tap water. Therefore, if your tap water reading is high –- over 300 parts per million or you filter a lot of water, then it will expire faster.
If you have already emailed, we will get back to you as soon as you can to offer you assistance.
Many thanks,
Diana

DO NOT buy the culligan dispenser if…
DO NOT buy the culligan dispenser if you already have Zero Water filters! They do not work with the Culligan dispensers.
I have purchased the new 7l dispenser as our old one broke. Although I have been assured that the Zero Water filters would fit the new dispenser, the ones we already had, did not fit.
Therefore, I either have to purchase new filters and dispose of the old ones (which are not cheap) or buy the old type dispenser.
Either option, is expensive and could have been avoided.
If I would have known the difference, I would have purchased the old type dispenser.

Svar fra Culligan with ZeroWater Technology
Hi Mrs Acodrinesei,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused and understand how disappointing this situation is, especially when you already had filters available.
The newer 7L dispenser is designed to work only with the updated filter type, which regrettably is not compatible with older ZeroWater filters. We appreciate your comments, as it’s clear this compatibility difference was not explained clearly enough, and we will use your feedback to improve our product information.
Please contact our customer service team directly, as we would like to see if there is a way we can help resolve this for you.
Many thanks,
Diana
Just want your money
Was happy with the filters and jug until they changed their filters and jugs & discontinued the old ones. So now I have no filters to go with my old jug. Had to cancel my subscription. Seems they just want your money and will keep updating so you have to keep buying.
Disappointed & will be going elsewhere to purchase a new filtration system due to this.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re really sorry to hear about your disappointment. We understand how frustrating it is when a trusted product is discontinued and no longer compatible with what you already own. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
Please know that product updates are made to improve performance and quality, not to inconvenience loyal users. That said, we truly regret the impact this change has had on you and that it led to cancelling your subscription. We’d welcome the opportunity to discuss possible options or solutions with you, so please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly.
Kind Regards

Tasty for 1week them foul smell
The water filter was like very tasty for the 1st week then it developed a fish like smell when drinking so we stopped drinking from it.

Svar fra Culligan with ZeroWater Technology
Hello,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. A fishy smell can happen when a filter has reached the end of its lifespan. Replacing it with a new filter should help restore fresh, clean-tasting water. We completely understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Kind Regards
