I ordered the gel hand hug with two letters. After 1 week one of the letters fell off and Chaos would not send me a new one as I needed to let them know in advance it was faulty... err.. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend buying
Terrible business that tries to enforce trademarks on things they do NOT even have legally trademarked, forcing third party companies to try and destory artists and creators who have been around (and created designs that pre date the existence of Chaos Social Club). All the while they are selling "Parody" designs of others work. GROSS business. I created art that I have been selling since 1998, they are contacting third party platforms requesting take downs on MY art created almost 25 years ago, saying it infringes on there trademarks. How pathetic is that. My art has automatic copyrights and im now persuing legal action for interfereance., Not only that I have contacted them several times to no reply. Charlotte and Katie, you should be disgusted in your companies behaviour.
Terrible experience with this company, grossly overpriced £120 order for a plastic cover and beaded chain wrist strap, 3 weeks later nothing from them you have to constantly chase them for an update on order then they give you a false shipping date, again nothing, second email and you get the common COVID outbreak Bull*hit excuse anyone is using now, basically they put there “freebie” Z list insta celebrities before the paying customers, third email they gave me a “48 hour” shipping time and when I ask if they can guarantee that the say they can’t absolutely shocking, overpriced tat!!! Stay well clear! I cancelled order after three weeks wait and them not able to guarantee when my order would be sent out.
The cases work out really expensive with the £15 shipping. However they are very beautiful and very good quality. The case is very protective around the phone you are able to access all ports.
The print is lovely and the initials added make it so special.
I’m not sure I would order another at the price however I’m pleased with the case I got.
The ordering was easy, full email confirmation and updates from sending to delivery. Came with UPS which was traceable throughout. Also very quick.
