Prezado(a) responsável pelo setor de Atendimento ao Cliente,
​Escrevo esta mensagem para formalizar uma reclamação referente a um pedido realizado recentemente em sua plataforma.
​O referido pedido apresenta, inicialmente, uma inconsistência no tamanho da peça adquirida: solicitei o tamanho XXL, quando, na verdade, a minha necessidade é o tamanho L. Informo que tentei contatá-los prontamente através de diversos e-mails para solicitar a retificação dessa informação, porém não obtive o suporte ou a correção desejada.
​Adicionalmente, houve um contratempo logístico. Devido a uma limitação técnica no campo de preenchimento do endereço de entrega, não foi possível completar a informação de forma integral. Por essa razão, utilizei o endereço de um familiar para viabilizar a remessa. Infelizmente, a transportadora não conseguiu efetuar a entrega, resultando na devolução do produto ao remetente.
​Até o presente momento, não recebi qualquer comunicação da empresa para a resolução do problema de endereço, tampouco houve o estorno do valor pago. Esta situação tem me causado transtornos significativos e a sensação de estar sendo prejudicado comercialmente.
​Dessa forma, solicito a gentileza de analisar os detalhes da compra registrados em meu perfil e verificar as seguintes soluções possíveis

The site was quite slow, maybe die to traffic. Purchase was hanging mid way. Was able to close only after 5+ tries.

Ordered online. No problems with the order. Quality of goods is amazing. Came very quick all the way to Canada. Didnt mind paying for good quality merchadise, and it is great quality. My only issue and I should have remember there was import and duty charges of almost $90.00, order I believe was $450.00. Other than that I would definitely recomend to friends and family. Fast delivery only issue being they packaged the wrong size hoodie in a different size bag. So I received the wrong sized hoodie.
Quality of the hoodie was good though

Customer service is questionable, sometimes they get to you quickly, sometimes they don’t. So when trying to sort out issues it becomes near impossible.

I was concerned that the shirt would not arrive in time for the race weekend, but it arrived on Wednesday! Thanks for fast processing and shipping.
