Ich habe am 11.9.26 eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bis heute keine Lieferung erhalten. Keine Antwort auf meine Mails, nicht. Ich hoffe,ich bekomme mein Geld zurück. Bestellt dort nicht!!!

One star is too much.
Item missed from my order. Emailed and was told no longer in stock I asked for refund. They said choose an alternative I said no the customer doesn't want anything else I would like a refund. They have since completely ignored my emails, for over a month now. Basically they owe me money and they refuse to acknowledge. Will now have to do a bank charge back.

Ordered in June. DPD delivered to a house that isn't mine. Been emailing FM since and because DPD shown they've delivered they believe I have the order. I've sent FM my safe place to prove it is different from the DPD picture, plus the picture of my front door but they are still saying they won't do anything. £130 of missing items and poor customer service.
Last email saying DPD delivered end of June, yet my complaint is from 3rd June. They talk rubbish.

If I could rate this a negative number, I would. I ordered in April, and still haven't received my order. I got 1 reply from my support ticket, but all of the other replies are the "we got your email, we'll respond within 5 working days." Maybe they only work a few days a month, because it has been 3 months and it is still not resolved. Very frustrating! I feel like they just stole my money and ghosted me.

Een bestelling geplaatst geen bestelbevesting ontvangen wel € 50,00 betaald. Inmiddels al 4 mails verstuurd helemaal geen reactie. Dus wees gewaarschuwd bestel hier niks meer.
Mocht het voor mij uiteindelijk toch opgelost worden schrijf ik hier ook weer een review van

I placed three separate orders in December 2025 and, months later, they are still showing "Processing in Logistic Center." I have contacted customer service multiple times requesting updates, but I have not received a satisfactory response or any clear shipping timeline.

The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected transparency and timely support, but unfortunately I have experienced neither.

Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and improves its order fulfillment and communication.

I placed my order January 13th 2026 it is now May30th 2026 have not received the order. I have sent several emails requested a refund and have not received that either. They reply back with generic emails stating it's processing in the warehouse. Don't buy from this company you will be out your money.

Order still “processing” since December 18, 2025. Have sent over 40 emails with only automated responses, turned into the BBB, filed a complaint with my bank, filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, still haven’t received a response. This company completely bailed in the USA but still thriving in the UK. Make it make sense. This company stole money from hundreds of people by not fulfilling their order and still withdrawing their money. Even today! Their website is still up and they are still taking orders. However, they are not fulfilling any orders! I’d love to file a class action lawsuit!

Vroeger altijd goede ervaringen gehad, maar nu voor het eerst geen bestellingen ontvangen terwijl alles al voorgeschoten was. Geen reactie op e-mails en ook geen terugbetaling gekregen. Erg teleurstellend en onprofessioneel. Voor mij nooit meer.

Senza parole. Ho acquistato 11 profumi e ne ho ricevuto solo 1. Ho provato a contattarli ma senza avere una risposta. Ora tramite pec vedo che tutti gli indirizzi sono inesistenti. Sono partner da 12 anni e non ho mai avuto problemi, prodotti eccellenti, ma dopo questa esperienza disagiate non comprerò più da loro. Probabilmente è fallita

I ordered on January and, until now, I have not received it .
I have contacted you multiple times, but I keep receiving the same automated response saying that I will get a reply within 5 days. Unfortunately, no real update or solution has been provided. This is very disappointing and reflects poor customer service.At this point, I would like to request a full refund for my order.

Im hugely out of pocket from this company, ordered a large bulk christmas order for presents for family and myself through a long running fm agent and the delivery never came. She has been trying to sort it for 3 months now,been to the CAB and the bank, she's argued emailed done everything she can liasing with the company, sent ring door footage to prove the delivery never came, written statements etc and was finally promised a refund that never happened and all her customers like me and still waiting for fm to pay us back. I used to recommend these and often bought for friends and family but never again will I trust them

If I could give less than one star, I would.
Love FM fragrances, have been buying them for years, But this company is on its last legs.
Made an order over 2 months ago and it's still processing on their site.
Contacted the local supplier and the main offices about the issue multiple times, they didn't even respond.
It's a pity, because the products are very good, RIP FM World.

Bin Mega enttäuscht.Hab am 1.02.26 ein Parfüm bestellt und per Paypal sofort bezahlt und nix passierte .Trotz Mailanfrage keine Antwort .Heute wurde mir der Betrag ohne Angaben von Gründen erstattet .Laut Konto wurde die Bestellung storniert.Vielen Dank für nichts !!!

Ich bin seit Jahren Stammkundin. Zuletzt gab es bereits das Problem, dass man der Bestellung hinter rennen musste. Nun erreicht man nicht mal mehr jemanden. Weder per Email , noch per Telefon. Die Rufnummern sind nicht mal mehr aktiv. Am 4.2.26 habe ich 4 mal parfüm bestellt. Bis heute keine Ware erhalten . Das stinkt gewaltig nach Betrug. Seit Wochen schreibe ich Emails dorthin und niemand reagiert.

Although I've never purchased from FM World direct (I've bought on Vinted and mainly use Amazon), I find the quality is fantastic.
I feel the replicas are very similar to the real versions, and I actually prefer my Coco Madamoiselle dupe over the original! (Sorry Chanel!).
The scent lasts a long time, and ofcourse, the price is amazing. Good selection - even though I'm pretty boring and stick with the two I already adore and am well known for. The only downside for me is not having the lovely branded bottle, but hey - what can you expect. I'd highly recommend them. 👌🏻

Someone said 9 days to process an order . Try , my customer been waiting since DECEMBER 12 2025! And the company still claiming delays! It’s Now February 6, 2026! Almost 2 months later! Insane
