We had a last-minute project (in two days) come up that we needed a videographer for halfway across the country. When we put in the date and place, the website told us that there was availability. So we paid the deposit, and set up a meeting with Khalil to discuss the specifics of the project. After meeting with him, he informs us that they can't do anything with that quick of a turnaround (which is now the next day). So we wasted a whole day just to find out that they couldn't do what they said initially that they could.
Will not use this service ever again.

We used Shootday for our company headshots. Working with Mateo to get the shoot scheduled was simple and quick, and he was very flexible and responsive. Our photographer Jeff made the process so easy! We loved him so much we specifically requested him to come back out for the rest of our team. We got the images back quickly and they looked great. They will be perfect for our new business cards.

Working with Shootday was amazing. I was so happy to find them. We were looking for a last minute headshot photoshoot, and as soon as I inquired, I was set up with an account rep who I met with same day to get all of the details. They were easy to work with and transparent pricing. The day of the photo shoot, we had the BEST photographer. He was professional, courtesy and kind. He worked around our schedule and was patient with our group. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because at times there was a delay in communication - waiting for contract, waiting for details with photographers info, etc which had me slightly worried because it was the day before. But all turned out perfect!
