Easy scan process and a perfect fit of my insoles. I was skeptical given I have tried dozens of highend insoles in the past without finding one that was comfortable for my high arches, but Shoely came through! Definitely worth trying.

Insoles fit well but have no cushioning. I wear my off the shelf Dr S sole for Plantars over these.

My favorite part of your product is the convenience of using the scan tool and not having to leave my home to get a customized product.

August was nice….but the end result did not help.

These “custom” inserts were no better (perhaps less effective)than the $10 off the shelve ones I use.

I have had plantar fasciitis for 20 years and have spent a tremendous amount of money on different sleeves, inserts and other appliances. With Shoely, I have finally found the perfect solution. The measuring process was very fast and accurate, although I did have to purchase a selfie stick with a rotating head in order to get a good scan with my iPhone. My first order was for custom fit orthotics for my existing sneakers. They took about 10 days to arrive to Upstate New York. I had to trim them slightly at the widest part, but they fit otherwise. Once installed , I went for a 15 minute walk. I could feel an immediate improvement but it took several days before I felt completely comfortable.

Because of the success I had with the inserts, I decided to try their subscription service where you pay a flat fee of $99 per year, buy footwear directly from Shoely and they will install custom orthotics in your purchase for no additional charge. The sneakers I ordered took about 2 weeks to arrive. They were perfect! I would highly recommend this service! I have no pain after suffering for many years. So far, I have purchased four pairs over the last 3 months only because I like to have a variety of shoes on-hand.

The only small issue I have is that they do not offer an optional shipping method. I would be willing to pay more for faster shipping, but the lack of this option should not deter you from using this great service. They have a great selection of shoes at good prices and having the custom orthotics installed is simply fantastic!

Owner of company reached out and saw the issue- he then sent me a new order with 2 pairs of inserts. I appreciate him reaching out to make sure I was satisfied. Looking forward to using my inserts.

I have been very happy with the options presented to me for running shoes. I have struggled to find the right ones for me, and the ones suggested by Shoely have been great. I also needed to invest in trail running shoes and they quickly provided suggestions for that based on my profile.

Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend to anyone, including those who don’t live in America. We met the team at a Rock n Roll expo earlier this year and had my scans done in person. We were in the states on holiday and was skeptical how Shoely would work from when we lived in New Zealand. The trainers arrived and the sizing was spot on. Due to absolutely no fault of Shoely, my trainers were faulty. The customer service was fantastic and I had a replacement pair of trainers with me very quickly. I am now a complete Shoely convert and will be telling all my friends. Thank you to August and his team for helping me to finally get the right size and style of trainer for my needs

Quite amazing that the Shoely team is able to make custom molded insoles to fit my foot based on taking some photos with the camera on my phone. They fit great, provide excellent support, and have stood up well to my consistent use over the past couple months.

AMAZING customer service by Shoely once again!! I wanted to race in Alphaflys and Shoely was the only site I could find any available. Upon first order, the shoes were a half size short. With just under a week before my marathon, I reached out to August to see if there was any way to exchange for the bigger size before I left for my race. August responded immediately and the shoes made it with two days to spare! I even got some training runs in with them. They served my race perfectly and allowed me an 11 minute PR and Boston Qualifying time!! I truly cannot rave about the Shoely team enough!!
