BEWARE - they do not do refunds unless you ship the item to CHINA and deduct a "restocking fee" from the refund. Total typically is more than the actual item costs. Their website does not state returns must be sent to China and implies returns are straightforward and easy. Be sure and check sizing guides. My dress was off by a couple inches on all measurements.

I was a bit skeptical but I took a chance. I needed a MOG dress at the last minute and ordered. I requested it to be custom sized to me and expedited. I stayed in touch with the company every week for a status update and they followed me through the whole tracking process. It fit perfectly, was the quality I was praying for and I love the dress. The quality of this dress was the same or better than any dress I tried on at several bridal stores.

Terrible customer service. Can't get a refund. Dress was nothing like it looked in the pics. Wasted money.

Beware! Don't purchase from them. Dress arrived and not at all what was pictured. It did not fit and was a foot longer than pictured. To return you will only get a portion of the purchase price and shipping back is very expensive.

After hours spent looking for a dress to wear to my daughter's wedding, I picked one out online from Shirees website partly because of the style and fabric and partly because of their option to have it MadetoOrder by imputting my measurements.
Without realizing it, my phone auto filled an old street address for the shipping address. My dress was promptly made, then shipped here to Fla, and when the USPS couldn't deliver it, they sent it back to Sender. When I realized what had happened and notified the USPS, nothing could be done to intercept it and reroute it to my correct address.
Tears were shed! Then I contacted Shirees Online Customer Service Dept and explained what had happened.
So here's the 5 Star Rating part: they said if I would just pay the shipping fee again, they would remake the dress FOR FREE and send it to my correct shipping address!! WOW! The dress is now in my possession, it is beautiful , and beautifully made, to my measurements, in plenty of time to be worn at my daughter's wedding!!
Thank You, thank you, Shirees, for going above and beyond!

I had an amazing experience here! The selection of dresses is absolutely beautiful, with so many stunning styles to choose from. Very good quality and perfect sizing,be sure you measure and follow the sizing chart. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch. I found exactly what I was looking for and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I tried to order this exact same dress from another retailer but was today that they could not guarantee its fast delivery. I waited another 3-4 days before ordering from here. I sent an email a few days later worried about it's arrival date. They answered me with so much assurance that I was skeptical. The dress came a day early! The fabric and stitching were of good quality. I'll be wearing it to my dad's funeral in another 12 hours. I'm grateful & humbled by their help & speed.

I wish I would have read and trusted the negative reviews ~ I had the same experience they had: the dress is beautiful in the pictures, but when it arrived, I was shocked at how stiff the material was (thick and uncomfortable like heavy drapery), the sizing was way off (too large at the top, awkwardly large in the hips). READ THE RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY: they will only refund a very small portion, you will not get anywhere near what you put into the dress and it costs so much mail it back. You're better off just buying locally.

I received my dress from Shirees , it is exactly us pictured. It is very well-made. Shipping was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend ordering a dress from them as I will continue to order a formal dress from them in the future..

First off I wanna start by saying, the customer service was TOP TIER. I loveeee this dress. It's long which I was nervous about bc I'm 5'9 ish but it was the most perf length even with a tiny heel 💕 Will be ordering again!!!!!

The dress arrived well in advance. It was beautiful and fit perfectly.

The customer service of Shirees was top notch from start to finish! I had been shopping for a dress for my son's wedding for 6months, not really finding anything in local stores, I turned to shopping online. I had ordered 2 dresses online and ran into the issues of why I shy away from online shopping for clothing. The size guides were not correct and one of the dresses I ordered did not represent the picture shown on the website...Then I found Shirees!!! Because my online shopping experience hadn't been going well, I messeged Shirees with a few questions prior to placing my order and they responded within 24 hours. Their response gave me the confidence to give it one more try... 3rd times a charm!!! I received my dress and it is Beautiful!!! In comparison to the other dresses I ordered, Shirees dress is extremely well made! I just can't say enough about my experience with Shirees! Thank you Shirees for making a special day even more special!!!

The fit was great. The customer service is very good and all emails were responded to very quickly.

Although it took longer than expected to get here, it was well worth the wait! The dress is stunning and very good quality. I am having it tailored for an upcoming wedding and everyone in the shop was in love with this dress. I am so excited to show it off!!

I received my purchase on July 3, 2026, on time, as promised. The dress is absolutely beautiful and is exactly like the photo on the website. The fabric quality is excellent, as is the workmanship. This gown is for a far-off formal event, but I am certain to receive many compliments! Shirees will be my new "go-to" source for my future formal wear needs!

**UPDATE** Contacted AGAIN and they offered to refund me 100% of my cost if I would remove this review. I would rather eat the money. I believe there are several fake positive reviews as well.** **UPDATE** After seeing this review, Shirees offered to refund me an additional amount to make a total of 60%, but that my bad review was "blocking the normal refund process" and I would first need to "kindly remove the review." NOPE. Nothing like holding my money ransom. Even more proof that this company is bad. ** Shirees is an absolute SCAM. The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo. The seams and sides were not symmetrical, and the left side looked like it had room to place a grapefruit under the hip. The shoulders were uneven as well. It would have to be completely reworked by a seamstress, and I'm not sure it could have even be fixed. They only refund you 23% and you have to ship it back to China, which was going to be over $50 (more than the refund). Steer clear of this company.

My dress I ordered did not appear like the dress pictured and the fit was off with the top being way too large. The dress shipped from overseas and took a long time to come in and then the return policy is so complicated that I would have spent so much money to return the dress so I didn't even bother. I will never order from this site again.

Dress I received did not match the photos shown online. Fit was terrible and I had to leave it in my garage several days to air out before I could try it on. Very strong chemical smell. I sent pics of the fabric discrepancies and they only refunded $24 of $160
