SHIREE ODIZ Anmeldelser

Bought many things from this company over the years quality products also recommend to friends

My wife's engagement ring had the diamond fall out, it was purchase 3 years ago. The ring was repaired to better than original standards! Thank you

I got a really good deal in the price of my jewelry and the shipping was fast. Will definitely buy from them again.

I have to say, Shiree Odiz completely exceeded my expectations. Ordering jewelry online, I was worried I'd end up underwhelmed. But I couldn't have been more wrong. The process was very customer-centric and they communicated every step of the way. When the ring arrived my wife was blown away with both the design and the quality. It's a very unique and beautiful piece. She still gets compliments on it regularly. Honestly the best jewelry experience I've had to date, including in-store! Highly recommend.

Trust worthy company. Diamond was delieverd as ordered and expected. Will definetly order from them again.

Everything about Shiree, Daniel and team is exceptional! ⭐️ From sales to the craftsmanship of their work, service, and price, they are simply unbeatable for quality fine jewellery. Will continue to be a customer!

Had an amazing experience with Shiree Odiz. Fast communication, always willing to help and received an excellent deal. Daniel really made a huge effort to help and he was so patient. Highly recommend them, bought my wife's engagement ring 10 years ago and now also a set of earings which she absolutely loves. Amazing service and really excellent deals.

Purchasing my engagement ring was an experience that far exceeded my expectations, particularly in terms of order management, stone selection, information about various scenarios, delivery methods, and handling of all aspects. Any questions I had throughout the process were excellently managed by their team. It's hard to imagine a better experience, especially for such a significant and timeless item bought remotely. Their attention to detail and customer service set a high standard, making this journey not just about buying a ring, but about creating a memorable moment in my life. Their expertise and dedication were evident in every interaction, ensuring that every step was seamless and every concern was addressed with care and professionalism. I can assure that finding a service of this caliber is rare, particularly when it comes to making such an important and long-lasting purchase from a distance.

Superb quality jewellery. I have bought numerous rings and earrings from Shiree Odiz and they have all been top drawer. The service is excellent and at the right price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great value, great services, great value.

Made my purchase a few years ago. I recently sent it to be serviced and although I hated being without my rings it was so worth the wait. Beautiful quality and incomparable pricing.

some of the most beautiful jewelry i have ever seen!

I bought a one carat princess diamond in a pretty white gold mount. The diamond was exactly as advertised. Beautiful cut, color and clarity in this natural stone. The packaging was so fancy… way more than expected. To boot, I got an excellent price on the ring.

She worked with me at every stage of the process designing and picking the diamond everything went very smoothly

Excellent communication and customer service. Very easy to correspond and communicate with. Would love to do business with the business in the future, fir years to come.

I designed and collaborated with Shiree Odiz on a custom necklace. They consulted on everything from quality to sizing and pricing, and I could not have been happier - Shiree herself at one point checked in personally during the process, which was a very personalized touch. These folks are my go-to for anything jewelry-related, and I couldn't be happier with their partnership.

I bought gold ring with “diamond” and came with “certificate of diamond grade and color and etc” , it is totally very very bad quality diamond and the bogus certificate is probably made by the seller or some of his acompleces.
I did authenticate the ring with respected jeweler in the area where I live and was authenticated as BAD AS CAN GET. DEFINITELY I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIREE ODIZ. If you want quality diamond ring go to your local jewelry stores so you can see and try the ring, DO NOT GET ANY CHANCE WITH SHIREE ODIZ. I still have the ring and would like to return to Shiree Odiz, THE PROBLEM IS I CAN NOT REACH THEM

PS….
Shiree Odiz knows that I’m REAL customer BECAUSE I DID BUY THE RING FROM THEM AND THEY SENT ME EMAIL ALL THE TIME AND ALSO TRUST PILOT SEND ME EMAIL TO WRITE THIS REVIEW…That’s why I’m REAL CUSTOMER.

PS …
I got response from Shiree Odiz—AND NO HELP AT ALL. Also few years ago i did purchase from Shiree Odiz again (for second time) , it was “diamond earrings” , and RETURNED THE ORDER RIGHT AWAY and very obviously the reason was-VERY BAD QUALITY DIAMONDS and I didn’t need professional jeweler opinion , I COULD SEE THE EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY DIAMONDS by my self.
I guess that’s the problem you encounter when you relay on internet quality promise by Shiree Odiz accompanied with “quality and grade certificate by independent lab”.

Just to indicate again:
This is my honest and unbiased review

PS…
Shire Odiz NEVER OFFERED ANY TRADE IN OR ANY OTHER KIND OF OFFER to resolve any dissatisfaction to customer like me…. Again I can see how dishonest the people at Shiree Odiz are.

I purchased my wife's wedding band and engagement set from Shiree. Very happy with quality and price!!

We bought our wedding ring here 17 years ago and have continued to use them for cleaning and upgrading the diamond. Could not be more pleased with their customer service. Thankful I found them when I did.
