One has enough to think about running a business, and how orders are fulfilled is a pretty huge extension of how people view your business, so finding the right 3PL to fulfill my Shopify orders was critical... I am so grateful to have found ShipTop.

Onboarding with them, including the Shopify integration, was fast and efficient, inbound shipments are received and onboarded incredibly quickly, and orders move just as seamlessly (and quickly). On top of that, Ash and his team have been exceptional (and a delight) to work with, their support at every level and across every department is top notch (fast, kind, thoughtful, collaborative, efficient).

Working with a supportive and collaborative 3PL that you trust provides a lot of peace of mind. If you're looking for a 3PL for Shopify fulfillment (or any other e-commerce fulfillment), I sincerely and highly recommend ShipTop, both for their capabilities and the support they provide.

They've clearly put a great deal of thought and effort into their platform, systems, workflow and team, and it shows.

I've worked with two other 3PLs and ShipTop has been the best experience out of the 3 so far. Very hands-on owner who cares about the business and their clients. They're not perfect (no 3PL is perfect), but they're transparent and constantly improving their processes efficiently/accurately.
