Ordered shin pads sleeves over a month ago and still have not received them. Contacted customer services do enquire the delivery date but did not receive a reply. Do not use this website!

I have ordered shin pads multiple times. They are a brilliant gift and are amazing quality. The service is really straightforward and quick. Highly recommend this product.

Hi there we are sorry to hear this has happened, it is the first we are hearing about it. Sometimes depending on the angle of impact they can crack which is better that than a broken leg as they have done their job!
If you email us; enquiries@shinzpads.co.uk with photos of the one that has broken, we can replace it free of charge as we offer a warranty of 3 months from purchase on all of our pads. Thank you, Becky
