Ich hatte am 20.12.2025 ein SHiftcam Pro mit Xmas Rabatt bestellt. Die Abbuchung via ApplePay erfolgte sofort. Seitdem Funkstille.
Heute habe ich die Order storniert und die Rückbuchung des Betrages angewiesen.

I am building a phone kit and first received the lenses ordered to try. The quality is excellent. The cases are also very useful. I then purchased a shutter mount and the first unit I got was DOA, but when I contacted the company they were very quick to assist and after sending communications with accompanying backup they very quickly got me a replacement. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the gri works fantastically and also doubles as a charger. Great products and will be adding to the kit.

Made an online purchase hoping to get my item before Christmas, they paused my order for possible fraud but then kept my payment and they have no phone number to contact customer. Why would I provide my credit card state to complete an order

Absolutely fantastic company. The pro grip has completely changed the ease and quality of taking photos with my iPhone. Their customer service team are the best I have ever dealt with. Can not recommend them more highly.

I moved after i pre orderd an Item. It sadly still went to the old adress. After contacting there Support Team it got reshipped to my new adress with in days. They where very kind and helpfull. 10/10 Customer Service 👍

J'ai passé une commande le 18 novembre afin de profiter de leurs offres Black Friday, une commande de 986 euros bénéficiant de 50% et d'une expédition express sous 3-5 jours (#SCG-GL7329). Tous les articles commandés et offerts étaient affichés en stock, ils le sont encore à ce jour. J'ai reçu dès ma commande un email de confirmation de commande, mais aussi un autre email me remerciant pour la pré-commande qui serait expédiée entre le 15 et 30 novembre. A aucun moment de ma commande il n'a été question de pre-commande ! J'ai donc envoyé de nombreux mail à hello_shiftcam.com ou cs_shiftcan.com et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Nous sommes le 5 décembre, ma commande a été confirmée le 18 novembre et depuis SILENCE de leur part, pas d'avis d'expédition. Cette situation malsaine qui leur est due m'oblige à déclencher un litige et une suspension des paiements restant à leur faire, car j'ai eu la bonne idée de payer en paiements échelonnés (x3). Certes j'ai déjà lâché le tiers de la facture mais ça n'ira pas plus loin sans réaction de leur part. C'est scandaleux de les laisser agir de la sorte, ce sont des escrots. J'ajoute donc mon cas aux nombreux autres, dont les règles de la commande n'ont pas été respectées, il faut aller voir ailleurs, il n'ont pas le monopole

My ShiftCam ProGrip encountered an issue and the ShiftCam team remedied the issue by replacing with an updated version.

Customer services by Mara with support from her CEO (Benson) are reasons why I'm a loyal ShiftCam customer.

I had an issue with my 1st online purchased. When I have raised for warranty due to just then delivered damaged item, I thought at first that It would not guarantee that I’ll be receiving a response. I had to wait for like almost 3weeks when I received a response. However, I commend Ariana for being so responsive the moment she started to contact me with the issue. Although I don’t received yet the replacement, Ariana was a great communicator and ensured everything will be smoothly prepare all the things need to be done. Still, I may had a bad first impression but you’ll guarantee a swift service once they in touch with you. Great service indeed!

I had a warranty issue with my Shiftcam Progrip, and so I went to follow up with them. I must say, it was one of the best Customer Service experiences I have likely ever had.

I would like to really commend the staff on their exceptional customer service, courtesy, commitment to helping me, and their follow up.

Being 68 and not real tech savvy I didn’t understand why I would need a third party app to use the new 240 zoom lens. The reply was quick, easy to understand and very informative. I take a lot of photos in my travels and am looking forward to add this lens now that I understand why a third party app is needed

One star because no option for ZERO stars. This company has great products but DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM WEBSITE. There is no customer service, they straight-up lie and don't care, and worse yet the two items I purchased from them that they said were not available but also refuse to refund me, I purchased via AMAZON and had delivered the next day. Yet SHIFTSCAM says both items still are not available. Beyond disappointing.

Awesome customer support! Fast communication and a genuine interest in resolving my issue! The pro grip is wonderful and works perfectly on mi iPhone 17 Pro Max. I would highly recommend this product and company to anyone!

Our package got mixed up in the hecticness of the tariffs. While it took some time, Ariana was steadfast in her commitment to make things right!

Very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous response complete with sample photos from Nylen, and Mara when he was not available, to my questions about an existing order, and a lens I was considering buying. I had a few product suggestions which they passed on to development team. Personal and prompt service have been the characteristic of my interaction with customer service since becoming a customer a few years ago. The lens quality of LensUltra series has been great, solid build and optical quality, and am now awaiting the new 2x tele with macro attachments

I've been using the Shiftcam 60mm and 18mm lenses since more than a year with the S23 Ultra and now S25 Ultra. I must say they've outdone themselves with the case for the S25 Ultra; it feels very premium. The quality of both lenses is any day better than the lenses from "Shop Moment," and Shiftcam also provides better and faster service. Kudos to the Shiftcam team, especially to Lester.

It started with my order amendment email which the ShiftCam team promptly replied. However, for unknown reasons, my confirmation on my amended order was not acted upon and delayed 3 days. This will delay the arrival date which was crucial for me. Lester took my case seriously to help with my order, expedite delivery and closely followed up to ensure I received my orders on time. Truly appreciate services from him and the team.
I first supported ShiftCam on Kickstarter back in 2017 for my iPhone 17. The lenses served me well and still usable now on my iPhone 17. Despite continual delay for the final product to arrive, I waited and was not disappointed.
This year, I’ve got the iPhone 16 Pro Max and decided to upgrade my ShiftCam accessories. I backed the Planck project on Kickstarter knowing full well that ShiftCam is reliable(I’ve a professional photographer friend who’s also a ShiftCam fan).
My latest orders arrived on Sunday night. I’m excited to use the ProGrip & lenses bundle on my family vacation in Japan. Planck will be great as I’m planning to take lots of videos.

Grateful to Lester and team for their efforts to ensure my delivery arrived in time. In fact, earlier than expected so that I have sufficient hands on practices before the trip.
