They are a sister company with clubcare insurance rang them see if I can get a cheaper quote then shield as couldn’t even get through to shield kept getting cut off as last year I paid around £250 and this year it doubled, I’ve had no claims and only use a few times a year so will also be giving them a bad review anyway they dropped it about £100 , after removing basically all other costs they always seem to be down for maintenance both shield and clubcare and took 5 calls to even get a quote I’m very disappointed and will now be selling my tentbox as it’s put it out of my price range it’s actually more expensive then my car to insure

Just tried to pay my caravan insurance premium, so many questions not relevant to the policy, despite repeatedly asking if I could pay my premium I ended up cancelling the policy.

Terrible customer service. I've been on hold several times for 30 or more minutes where they answer then immediately cut you off. I won't do business with them if this is how they treat customers in the initial stage. 0 stars.
