This is my second time purchasing Norton from Shield My PC and again the product was fairly priced for the number of licenses I need, with key codes sent within moments to my email. There was a delay in receiving my download and keys and the first email could have been a little clearer in explaining how the software would be delivered. Other than that everything has been great.

The products are great, the prices are great. I asked for help in the chat, I got back, check on the website for more help. Not the best help, really is it? My problem was, How do I put in the code/serial for the software purchased. I was told the website to look at. You have to go to the redeem section in the account you made . Not very technical! Is it? Good price and product!

This is the second year I've used shield my pc for my antivirus protection. It was a very competitive price again, hence my renewal. The email was delivered instantly. The only thing I would give for improvement is that the email could be extra clear on which code is the renewal code as I did have to take a moment to work out which chain of text in the email it was.
