I placed an order from SHOP on March 25, 2025 and of course it stated I could order two for the price of one. Today is now April 15, 2025 and I have yet to receive the product. I have sent five emails starting April 2nd all the way up to today to every support team from support tryshethrive and somarelief.staff, I still have not hear back from no one. I will contact my bank and report this is a scam and I will get my money back, so I suggest everyone do the same. I don't know why these people feel its okay to try and scam people out of their hard earned money. If I ever the chance to speak to someone I will be telling them some words they may not want to hear because this is ridiculous.

Wish I would’ve visited trust pilot for reviews before making my purchase! Purchased the buy one get one free which clearly stated 120 gummies! I received only one package and the shipping/delivery took forever! Will not order from this site again! Have tried every email and even the google voice number with no response. Save your money ladies: I think I saw Amazon has a similar product. Will never order from this site again!!

I call bull when the offer clearly stated 120 gummies then i received this email: Thank you for reaching out to us. I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your order. We will contact our team immediately and ensure that the missing bag is shipped to you as soon as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience and will provide you with an update as soon as we have more information. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

a month later nothing. This site is a total scam. This is the email I received from somarelief.staffATgmail.com please don’t order from them waste of money.

Got scammed like everyone else. Paid $40 for buy one get one free and only received ONE. Can’t get through to anyone. SCAM
My receipt clearly shows I should get two. Already filed a complaint with the bank

All customer service emails are fake - I’ve tried contacting every email I could find on their site, all were returned undeliverable.

Can’t get a refund because it requires returning the product… a product that has been “ready to ship” for a week. Don’t buy from this website.

Unfortunately I have the same complaint I purchased the buy one get one free promotion and only received one package.. no way to contact them all numbers are bs and you don’t get a response when you email..

I ordered the buy 1 get 1 and only received 1 bag of gummies. This is a rip off because you can't reach anyone at this company and seeing all the same complaints for the same reason they don't seem to care about their customers views. I will never purchase from them again. Non of the contact info works. The phone # is a Google #. The email addresses are not found. Even responding to the shipping email has not helped. Total disappointment

I should’ve went with my first mind and NEVER wasted my money! First off I kept getting emails saying my package was on the way, I emailed customer support and the email didn’t work! So when my package finally arrived 10 days late, everything that I paid for wasn’t in the package! I paid for 2 , the deal is buy one get one and I only got one! Once again I reached out to that same email address and added somarelief.staff !!! Stilll no response! I’m so annoyed because I could’ve kept my money! Tf

I actually thought I was alone in my complaint but after reading some of these I was right. I ordered the buy one get one free and only received one pack when my order arrive. That is false advertising! Then you send a email and they ignore you. Oh well, You have lost me as a customer!!

Same I ordered the buy one get one found out the package was shipped from China then I get the package and get only one instead of the 2 and there was another shipping label over the first saying it came from Fairfield, NJ. I emailed the support contact got the message the email doesnt exist then tried again adding the "m" on the end of their ".co". Waiting to see if I get a reply.

SCAM! This isn’t a real website and their product isn’t the one that we are all wanting and thinking we bought. BBB needs to investigate! Bs! I hate these people they too $41 from me for absolutely NOTHING! Angry is an understatement!!

Unfortunately I have to give at least one star to be able to write this review. I advise anyone wanting to order from this company to NOT order from this company. I ordered the buy 2 get 2 free deal and only received 2 packages. I've tried emailing them 4 times only for my email to fail because the email address was not found, because the email account DOES NOT EXIST. This company is a total SCAM and stealing everyone's money.

I ordered the feminine gummies buy 1 get 1 free, back February 10,2025 received my order March 3rd. Not only was my order late I didn't receive what I ordered. I only received 1 bag of gummies. I've emailed them from their website and through my order emailed about my issue and no one has said anything to me about it yet and its now april 1st. Come on now sigh! This is bad for business

ZERO STARS! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I really wish people would stop advertising for this product. It is a whole entire scam! I purchased this because there was a BOGO promotion advertised. The bag said 60 qty, and the receipt says x2. However, i received ONE bag. I reached out (yep, you guessed it) and received no response.

I didn't use the gummies because if they are scamming people by falsely advertising, I doubt very highly if the product is legit. I was going to request a refund, so i went to the website that says it has to be requested in 30 days and to email the support email address as the refund MUST be requested. When i emailed support, an error message came back stating that the email address does not exist. The website states that the return must be sent to an address, but the address isn't listed.

During shipping, a label was created for 3 weeks, but never shipped. I reached out and asked for a status. They never responded, but it was shipped a few days after my message.
