I made a purchase a few days ago, and today they cancelled my order. The refund is on it's way, but I'm upset because Sheglam didn't mention that they don't ship to my land, Canary Islands. They say they ship to Spain, why can't they mention they only ship to the spanish peninsula only?

Before I make a purchase on any website, I check the shipping information. And I saw nothing about Canary Islands, that is why I thought they shipped to my land with no problem. I even made many purchases before!

I don't think I will buy from this brand anymore, even if they ship to Canary Islands again. A big brand like Sheglam should already include detailed information about the shipping. This is too messy and unprofessional.

I ordered a hair curler from Sheglam and was surprised to receive it in Shein packaging. Curious, I checked Shein and found the exact same product for less than half the price. I even ordered the one from Shein to compare—they're identical.

When I contacted Sheglam to return it, they said I had to cover the return shipping myself. But tracked shipping from Sweden to their warehouse in Poland costs nearly the same as the price difference, making the return completely pointless.

I feel scammed by both Sheglam and Shein (which are part of the same company). Their pricing is misleading and they offer no free returns for EU customers. Be very careful before buying!

4 out of 7 items haven't arrived and the company doesn't take any responsibility. Absolute disgrace and disappointment.

I bought around 10 items and I didn’t receive anything. I sent an email to the company because the delivery company didn’t exist and I tried to track the item but it didn’t work also. I sent an email to sheglam and they didn’t even respond back so don’t buy anything from them. It was saying 3 working days but I didn’t receive anything.

I am a Macro influencer already working with many area of SHEIN. But Sheglam is total disappointment, they actually fraud me - I accepted 4 campaigns in December posted in January. The coordinators confirmed the budget and sent products and follow up for the post but when it's posted - she just disappeared. It's not another fraud company it's actually Sheglam itself . I sent several emails with proof of campaign and accepted budgets and post links and they never replied any email from me after posting according the agreement conditions. Total silence I am never followed up for anything done so still no payment also. I am doing this job for 13 years never worked with an unprofessional company like this . The problem is not a due payment only its how they are ignoring the emails for invoices after their posts are done , its 7 weeks now !

I bought three different shades of the stick counselor, considering I am not familiar with this brand and don’t have samples. I order 3 different shades to find a better match. Furthermore, SHEGLAM public website advertises 48 days Return policy for unwanted merchandise.
That is tuned out a SCAM.
When I contacted customer services for return instructions, they stated that “due to market conditions, they do not accept returns!”
This company is defrauding their customers because they have not complained with Federal Consumer laws and Right to Know information. This company is not transparent with their return policy, therefore, defrauding their customers.
Federal Laws are very clear about consumer rights if product purchased online and not to customers satisfactions, and merchant offers free returns as a tradeoff for the cost of doing ecommerce. Consumer should be able returned product for full refund.
Additionally, if company changes their return policy it should be publicly available for consumers to make an informative decision if they want to purchase this product. This company advertises free returns and never posted any information that they do not except merchandise therefore in violation of Right to Know federal law.
Lastly, they miss advertising their product and colors counselors are pure quality, and colors does not match a sample on the website.
Any consumer who is experienced the same issues with SHEGLAM customer service I encourage to file formal complaints to BBB and Federal Trade Committee.

I bought a lipstick from this product, it broke in few days.

Se io compro un fard in gel (jelly blush stick) e questo fard dopo circa 10 utilizzi si stacca dall’astuccio, macchiando mani e vestiti, senza essere mai caduto, non avrei diritto al rimborso del prodotto difettato? Beh, con Sheglam ciò non avviene, perché se scade il periodo nel quale si può fare il reso… come si dice… ti attacchi al tram… Ho contattato l’assistenza, ma se ne lavano le mani. Hanno troppi clienti, uno lo hanno perso.

I ordered “love stained lip tint marker” I loved the color but almost like half an hour later my lips started burning and I couldn’t stop scratching them so I got rid of it but I loved the Rick and Morty lipgloss - rick, I love the color I didn’t think it was going to have enough blue but it’s exactly the shade I like

Bestellung wurde bestätigt. Die haben mir einfach das Geld auf der Karte wieder gutgeschrieben.. keine Ahnung weshalb. Habs weder storniert noch eine Info oder Mail von Sheglam erhalten. Link von meiner Bestellbestätigung leitet einfach auf die Hauptseite um.

I really don't get the negative reviews? This makeup 💄 is beautiful! I feel so glamorous wearing these beautiful pigmented highlighters! Gorgeous blush! The foundation and concealer are literally rubbish. It feels like applying a scrub on your face. All the reviews on TikTok or on their website must be paid because I do not believe that all these people really like the makeup specially not the people that use makeup on the regular. Their foundation brush is also rubbish, it’s like sandpaper on the face. The brow gel was rubbish. The primer for pores was also rubbish.

The products are amazing and affordable. These products have very good quality. I am not paid to say that. I used to work for cosmetic companies and they are what you call high quality and I will compare some of the products of SheGlam with theirs. I was also taking back by the Terrible reviews but when I read them, they were mostly about shipping issues instead of the actual quality of the products etc.

When I asked about a refund because the makeup I tried irritated my skin (burning feeling), I was told to get a doctor's note before they would proceed with any further steps. I've never been questioned by any reputable brand about a return request, especially for it causing pain. And then for them to ask me to put the product back on to get photographic proof; outrageous and disgusting.

I've no idea where the negative reviews are coming from because sheglam is filled will high quality products for hardly any cost. You've got to think carefully about the morality of buying from shein but many of the makeup products themselves are amazing. My top 5 products are the powder foundation, the liquid blush & contours, all duochrome eye products, the matte lipsticks and the balm foundation. I'd avoid eyebrow products and primers (unless your skin is already flawless) and it's hit and miss with the liquid lipsticks but overall, the products are well thought out and perform really well.

Sheglam products are absolutely awful. Cheapest and least quality products I have ever purchased. It is an absolute fraud with all their products

Mein Paket kam nie an und der Kundenservice antwortet mir nicht.

Nach der Bewertung hat sich der Kundenservice gemeldet und nur angeboten entweder das Geld zurückzuerstatten oder ein neues Paket loszuschicken. Hab mich für das neue Paket entschieden, welches innerhalb von 9 Tagen ankam.

I wish I would have read the reviews before,I ordered 4 items from them and only received 1,I tried to contact them.but got no response ,luckily I paid with PayPal, so I will get my money back

Habe mir die Harry Potter Edition und Corbse Bride Edition gekauft. Optisch machen die Sachen echt was her und halten auch sehr gut.
Was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann ist die Sache mit den angeblichen falschen Traking Nummern. Als ich auf den Link in der Email geklickt habe wurde mir vom Versanddienst eine Nummer vorgeschlagen die ich auch angeklickt habe. Da ist mir schnell aufgefallen das es sich um eine falsche Nummer handelt. Als ich mir die Mühe gemacht habe und die Traking Nummer selbst eingegeben habe wurde mir auch meine richtige Bestellung angezeigt.
Die Lieferzeit ist etwas länger aber was will man auch erwarten.
Für meine erste Bestellung bin ich voll und ganz zufrieden.
