Time to receive and communication is good and proactive. Arrival of product a little disappointing as corners bent and damaged, can be dressed out and for my usage not the end of the world. However for someone wanting make say a door plate this would have been unacceptable

I ordered a small sheet of metal with measurements and the colour I needed to make a custom back panel for a 3D printer. It arrived and I couldn't be happier with it. The measurements were exact and purely by coincidence tge colour was near enough identical to the original which I was very pleased with. The delivery time and cost were both fantastic.

I want to thank you so much for your extremely prompt service, sending me a small piece of steel for my son's school project. It arrived yesterday as you promised, despite me having an unreasonably short delivery request. That kind of service is not seen very often and I'm more than obliged to you. My son was able to finish his project, making a motorbike stand for his Design and Technology GCSE, and he was able to hand it in today, on the last day he was allowed.
