Great communication
Even when I didn't understand the policy wording too well, Cher-Marie went through it with me and explained exactly what I was covered for. Nothing was too much for her. Plus she rang me back when I left a message asking if she would.

Efficient renewal process and competitive premiums. I have not considered going elsewhere for Landlord Insurance.

Competitive insurance quotes
I came across Sharrocks online when I needed a quote for a commercial building, which I was having difficulty getting. They provided me with one swiftly along with quotes for two apartments I had. The fact that I was dealing with one person was a big bonus for me the quote provided was very competitive. I have since put three more properties with them all dealing with the same person, all competitive quotes.
