I have purchased a 165 GB ProGrade CF Express Type B card and product seems to be genuine and price is reasonable in respect to other available options. Customer care is also available over phone and co-operative. It is better if the tracking No. is provided immediately after dispatch of the material. After almost 6 days when I asked customer care then they had provided me the same. Otherwise experience is good.

I purchased one Hikvision 8 Port Gigabit Unmanaged POE Switch DS-3E0510P-E/M. The product is genuine and delivered by courier in seven days time.
I request the company that for bigger and delicate items like NVR/ DVR/Camera etc they need to put them in another box for safety point of view. However the experience was very good. I hope the company will look into my suggestion for safe delivery.

Competitive price but delivery experience was average
You price was competitive
Need improvement in the area of delivery - A delivery date will help people plan things. I wanted the camera cover before I left for some place and I wanted some confirmation on when I could get it. I was told that it will be delivered on Monday but I had to leave Sunday early morning. To my surprise I got a message saying that it would be delivered on Sunday itself (which is great) by noon
Had I known this, I would have waited. I did speak to someone about the delivery aspects and I understand you are working on it. Better integration with XpressBee and frequent updates to client is all that is needed - Whether you like it or not, you will be compared with a Flipkart or an Amazon!
