I will never shop here again. I just got my product yesterday after it being 20 days late! It was suppose to arrive within 2-7 business days and that’s the type of shipping I paid for, because they were advertising it! The quality of the product was crappy and thin, didn’t look like what they were advertising at all! I saw no change in the way it made me look! Honestly it was a waste of 50$. I have contacted a customer service rep multiple times, they told me that they would contact their carrier to see what the hold up was and why I didn’t receive my packages on time, but never called me back or sent me a email like I requested from them! The customer service from this place is so crappy! They also told me that they would refund my shipping that I paid for, yet I’m still waiting to receive my money back for it! I’m very dissatisfied with my order and this company and will not recommend anyone to ever purchase a item from them! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I am a very satisfied customer. I placed an order and had become very anxious to receive it, unfortunately, due to the pandemic of course the shipping was delayed and I became extremely frustrated. The staff and their customer service skills were excellent very helpful and friendly even when dealing with a difficult customer. I am looking forward to ordering new items soon. Thank you to Catharine and Daisy and anyone else who has made this a great experience for me. Thank you again greatly appreciate your time and assistance and support with everything especially your professional customer service skills.

Still waiting on return from order that…
Still waiting on return from order that was refused spoke to customer service rep who sent email saying they will process return since it was refused and returned yet weeks have gone by no return I get a text message saying it was returned today yet still no refund. I will never recommend and will be calling my bank today to dispute this purchase

I bought three items from this place…
I bought three items from this place and two of them was the incorrect size. This is because the size chart is inaccurate. I called to find out how to have them exchange and I was told that I have to pay for the shipping. I’m very disappointed because I have to pay for shipping although it’s an exchange and not a refund. Very unhappy, please be careful with the size. If you are not sure, be mindful that you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

The high rise shorts Shapessy, I have never had anything like it, very comfortable, know rolling down, it's makes your body and clothes look so Beautiful.It is worth the Wait and the Money and yes I will be ordering a second one.

Worth the long wait.
It did take long to get here. But worth the wait. Fits perfect. I'm about a 14-16 and I ordered the M/L. And looks and fits exactly like advertised. It's awesome. Worth the wait.
