La taille des produits n’est pas correctement indiquee ni sur le site ni sur le produit. Ce sont des tailles colombiennes qui ne sont pas equivalentes avec les tailles europeennes. Le remboursement n’est pas prevu. Le renvoi du produit est a votre charge et l’envoi du nouveau produit aussi. Je ne recommande absolument pas. La pire experience d’achat en ligne que j’ai eu.

I can confirm our customer service agents had to refund your order due to the Doctor refusing the prescription which they emailed you explaining in further detail about this along with conformation of the refund that has been processed has been set to you as well.
As standard, refunds take 3-5 working days depending on your bank.

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company.
I placed an order for Mounjaro with next day delivery, which was not fulfilled. After waiting a week with no response to calls and only intermittent online replies, I requested cancellation and a full refund. The company confirmed in writing that my order had been cancelled and that a refund had been processed.
Despite this, the item was then dispatched and delivered 10 days after the original order date, without my consent. I immediately contacted the company again, made it clear I had not accepted the goods, and asked them to arrange collection and return my money. This has been completely ignored.
The product remains sealed, unused, and stored appropriately, yet the company has made no attempt to resolve the situation. They have also failed to respond to further contact and have blocked me from commenting on their social media.
This experience raises serious concerns, particularly given this is a prescription medication and should be handled with appropriate care and governance.
Very disappointing service and handling of a straightforward issue and to have the audacity to claim in their responses to bad reviews that they are ‘always available to talk to on the phone’!!

Our pharmacist agreed with refunding you but unfortunately the item had already been dispatched. As per our t&c’s we state that once any prescription items have been dispatched, no refunds can be processed.
However, as a gesture of goodwill we were happy to refund you this time on the basis you returned the goods to us with the pre-paid label we provided.
Our customer service has been in contact with you on multiple occasions and you have refused to send the goods back to us.
As the item is a pharmaceutical product, we must have the goods shipped back back us to dispose of them correctly – we cannot reply on the patient/prescriber to dispose of the medication.
Full tracking information was sent to you as soon as the item was dispatched from our pharmacy and you signed for the goods at the time of delivery.
Please contact us again should you wish to return the goods to us so that we can process your refund accordingly.

What a joke!!!
N wat bout the missing needles is it ok to jab twice with the same ones is it??

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I paid for next day delivery, but my order didn't arrive. I've been consistently lied to throughout the process, communication has been appalling, and I've now had to seek a refund through my credit card company.
Genuinely the worst customer experience I've had in a long time.
Shape 8 are either completely incompetent at best, or a scam at worst. I suspect the latter, and if I could have rated them less than 1 star I would have done so.
I believe the positive reviews written here are by Shape 8 employees and company owners. Don't believe a word.
UPDATE: the response below is not helpful - their customer support team haven't resolved the issue and I still don't have my order (despite their claims that it was sent). It is also clear from the other negative reviews here that this is not an isolated incident.
Save your money and time and order from elsewhere, plenty of better cheaper options out there!

I was in the middle of weight loss treatment with a different provider, when suddenly, they stopped prescribing. No explanation! Nothing! I was so upset.
