I am always ontop of scam sites from Asia. unfortunately I missed this one i purchased a hoodie 3 weeks ago. I was given a fake tracking number and i did reseach on this company. All the images are stollen from other websites. They steal and photoshop images, album work etc. And paste them on blank hooded sweatshirts, and many of their other products. Therefore many products are not real and you will never get them or you will get something else that is crap. Some of them were odd photos to use as well, like weird photos from films on shower curtans. The address they use is not them its a shopping mall in NC. The paypal payment actually goes to a public transit in Vietnam. Do not buy from this company which is linked to a bunch of other like it that rip people off. My card was also compromised shortly after the purchase.

It took forever to receive it, I was given tracking numbers that didn't exist and when it finally showed up, it was not what I ordered! I got a sweatshirt that is horrible quality and ugly as sin. Do not deal with this company!!!

Let me start by saying this company doesn't even deserve one star. Please be warned by my review and the others before me. I purchased a sweatshirt that was supposed to be delivered with in two weeks. After three weeks I had not received the item and there was no shipping confirmation. I sent an email to the company asking them to advise of my order status and never received a response. I looked up their phone number (this is when I found all the bad reviews - too little, too late). No one answers the phone and there's not even a recording. I tried calling PayPal, only to get a recorded message that says "contact the vendor for a refund". I would LOVE to contact the vendor.....if they would answer the phone. Finally, I went to my bank and reported the transaction and fraudulent so I could get the money credited back to my account. I don't understand how this company is even still in business - in the business of ripping people off. It has now been one month since I placed the order, and still have not received the sweatshirt. To make matters worse, it was a birthday gift for my granddaughter (whose birthday has now come and gone). Why is PayPal working with these people? Wish I had done my research first.

I purchased an item online on January 12, for a total of 68.00 (and some change). They sent me a verification email giving me an order number to check the order status, and said that they will send me a tracking number once the item has shipped. I checked daily and the order status never changed from “awaiting fulfillment”. Finally after 5 weeks, I tried calling their customer service number. NOBODY ANSWERED AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A VOICEMAIL SYSTEM. So all you can do is keep calling, and it will keep ringing. I sent them multiple emails with no response. In the meantime, I looked into the company and saw that other people had very similar experiences. I finally sent a very strongly worded email asking for a full refund, and explaining that I no longer need the item. They responded a week later in broken english saying that they were sorry and they would send the item as soon as they can. I sent them another email and explained (AGAIN) that I am no longer interested in the item, as it was for a birthday gift which was already past. They responded saying “Please have sympathy on us. We will send the item as soon as we can.” I had to file a dispute with PayPal and hopefully I will get my refund. Please save yourself the headache. Don’t buy from these scam artists.

What a bad company do not order! My mom ordered through this company for me as a christmas gift. The description that was given was not what was received. It stated it was a pullover hoodie with fleece lining. I received a zip-up hoodie without a fleece lining. Their site states that they will fix any problems. They admit no wrong doing and state that the item is a zip up hoodie. I can still go to their website and see the same/wrong product displayed. They are not offering refund/replacement.

I ordered a shirt as a gift for someone on January 1. An email came a day or two later after the confirmation saying that it would be delayed due to the holidays. January 17, I received an email that it was shipped. I checked the shipping throughout that time and no record of the item was ever in the usps system. I called numerous times to Shalamon (they don’t have a voicemail for their customer service line apparently so I couldn’t leave a message and never received a call back.) and emailed them several times. After over a week, I was finally emailed saying sorry for the delay, my item would ship soon. I told them to cancel it, I no longer needed it as it was a gift. They responded saying I couldn’t do that because I only had 24hrs to change my order “per company policy”. I contacted PayPal and luckily PayPal found in my favor. I’m sorry I didn’t do more research on this company and hope this review helps anyone who would consider purchasing from them in the future. Don’t do it!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BOGUS WEBSITE. I purchased a hoodie which took about a month to be delivered only to find out it was a counterfeit item. Even the customer service number found on their website is fake as I tried calling them to get a refund for my purchase, the number is a non working one so you’ll get no one on the line. I got PAY PAL involved because I processed my payment through them and now I need to pay about $30 to ship the item back to this company to get $65 back. At the end , I still lost money and no hoodie. The company is out of Vietnam so you will be disappointed if you do decide to buy from them.

Update: I tried to return the item, and they required me to ship the item back to Vietnam, which costs between $35-$100 from the US. I'm working directly with PayPal now because Shalamon was extremely infrequent or slow to communicate. I requested a full refund, and then Shalamon offered $15, I contested, then they said they'd pay the full amount, but I would have to ship it to Vietnam. To buy the item I only paid $4.99 shipping, so this is ridiculous. PayPal said that I might be able to get a shipping return reimbursement of up to $30 after I ship the item and Shalamon has received it.

The company sent me a counterfit or knock off version of the hoody pictured on their website. Currently trying to get a refund, but I have no confidence in them. The hoody finally came after a month (they can't be US based), and it was somewhat similar to what I ordered, but clearly was not authentic. They must have a factory that just makes fake clothes and puts the real pictures on their website. I even saw fake shoes on their site, so they must just make a lot of fake items. After hearing back on their FB messenger after a month of trying to reach them about where my order was, they said that Chinese New year was delaying things? Huh? Avoid this scammy site.

This is an update to me previous review (which was not good either):

Don't waste you time, worst customer service and quality ever. After several weeks, item never shipped. I filed a claim with paypal and then they send me a fake tracking via usps. A week later I get a fedex package (and this was after 5 weeks) from China. The item was not plush and it was all spandex material and I ordered an 3xl and it was like a large. Poor quality. I filed a claim to return and they wanted me to send it back to Vietnam and it would going to cost me over $50 to send. Then a week later I received my a letter from china with the original tracking they sent me. It was nothing in there, just a blank piece of paper. This company is a fraud. Do not trust or waste your time or money.

Cheap sweatshirts that YOlU CANNOT retuen!!! Do NOT order anything!!!!!

Awful awful awful - everything from the time it takes to receive your order, to the cost of merchandise and shipping, to the terrible service and the biggest disappointment is the quality of product. I Paid $59 + $15 shipping ($74 total) for a sweatshirt that took 7 weeks to arrive and when it did it was a polyester shell with no inside lining. Disgusting. China sham company.

My experience mimics several others that have reviewed this company, I was promised I would receive by Christmas, has not shown up yet, 1/24/20....I put the order in 2 weeks before Christmas. Tried emailing them multiple times with no reply and their listed phone number rings a couple of times then disconnects. I got Pay Pal involved about two weeks ago, the next day Shalamon supplied a shipping tracking number. It arrived two weeks later, yesterday. It was a envelope with a copy of a generated "Thank You" and no product. I ended up calling Pay Pal to make them aware and also sent them photos. My case is still considered open waiting for a response.

I am a bit surprised since others have stated they went through Pay Pal that Pay Pal dose not warn you about the previous problems when making the purchase. All I can say in dealing with this company is that it is not worth the time or trouble...I would highly recommend avoiding at all costs!! I would be highly suspect of the one good review this company has received.

i ordered for Christmas and still haven't received it they said 7 to 14 business days, I emailed them 4 times and no respond I finally had to get Pay Pal involved to get anywhere.

After about 2 months we received a EMPTY package with a thank you note.. CRIMINALS... from China

I ordered a hoodie from them in December. I never received anything and the phone number was disconnected. Once I opened a claim with PayPal, they sent me a package from China WITH NOTHING BUT A BLANK PIECE OF PAPER IN IT. I am turning them in to the internet crime division at PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. Company is a scam. Ordered sweatshirt online on Dec 16th, nothing for 3 weeks. Called and called never an answer. Sent email nothing. Then I opened a claim with PayPal and then no response from them but a few days later a package shows up from China. Product is not as described. No where near close in style nor size. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!,!

I would not waste my money. The item ordered came very late and was not the item I ordered. My husband wanted to get me the one thing I really wanted for Christmas I was okey that it was late but not okey that it wasn’t correct. Looked like it was used. It is impossible to get ahold of this company PayPal does not even want to help me. Buyer beware

If I could give negative stars I would. Two months no package. Web site changed location addresses three times so far. Phone number goes nowhere rings twice and disconnects. Email also never gets a response. This company and Anicoworld.com are total scams. Stay away as far away as you can. Don't wait start working on getting your payment blocked and refunded.
