The Jordan shoes were too big and I wanted to return. They wanted me to take pictures of the soles and send which I did. I have never had that kind of request. They did not fit. I paid $159 with no shipping. They said to return would $50-$70. This item obviously came from another country. I tried the reach them through the customer service email on the website and did not go through. Be careful I will never buy from them again.

We’re sorry to hear this, but per our policy, we cannot accept returns without a manufacturing defect. This issue is related to incorrect sizing, not a product fault. Requesting photos (including soles) is a standard verification step. We did try to assist and offer solutions, but did not receive your cooperation. Please reply to our messages so we can continue working toward a resolution.

The product came they look great and in great shape the box was beat up but I'm going to blame that on USPS ... And came a four days late again that was USPS though
