I had been wanting the KELLY KETTLE Ultimate Base Camp Kit for some time. I had been shopping around, but Sgt Prepper offered the best prices and the promise of a real human to answer telephone enquiries.
I rang them spontaneously and received brilliant customer service and advice from Josh.
I love this company, they are an ethical family run business who really walk their talk, with a passion and extensive knowledge for outdoor survival as well as survival prepping at home.
Since my order qualified for free shipping, I added a few extra items.
I purchased the KELLY KETTLE Ultimate Base Camp Kit with its custom designed extra survival carry out bag.
The kettle kit is amazing!
It is great quality and I have been really enjoying using it at home in the garden, the little hobo stove attachment is really effective and I have cooked a few meals on it.
I just love the feeling of boiling the kettle and cooking my dinner off grid, entirely from sticks from my own garden at the moment.
I also added the classic German built storm lamp they stock in bronze, with lamp oil, extra packet of wicks, additional shade which simply slots over the top and directs the light downwards onto a table for example and its own special padded transport bag, plus a really beautiful wooden coaster to stand it on. I have to say the lamp is beuatiful and excellent quality.
I have to say it was a great unboxing experience. I could tell that my order had been packaged carefully with love. I got great advice on the telephone about the fire starter kit which I also purchased.
If you value high-quality products at great prices, excellent communication with prompt order & shipping email updates and excellent all round customer service care, Sgt Prepper is the ultimate no brainer!

amazing company with brilliant customer service made and order but an item was missing i gave them a call and boom received the item within 2 days the company is a must for those into bush craft and the likes and the deals are amazing will be making another order next month cannot recommend enough
