Refuse to pay, Not trustworthy company
Estolio Limited runs many different casino sites (include SG casino, Wazamba, Alf etc)
I had always problems to withdraw large amount when i have won as they changed my vip level dramaticly to be able to withraw less money! Only 500 euros per day! They use this method to keep you playing and loose all your winnings.
Also i had an arrangement with my vip managers for cashback. After 3 years on vip 5 level they refused to pay cashback bonus on a huge loss.
This is not a trustworthy company, vip managers unable to do anything (they dont have words).
Do not trust them! Choose an other site for gambling.
Their site(s) are illegal in many countries and you can not do anything if they refuse to pay out any winning or bonus.

Hi all honestly it’s a very bad support from the sg casino. It is only supportive for losing more money. For depositing it takes only 1 min and for withdrawal it takes ages to come. I am a vip level 5 I am allowed to withdraw 2500 per day 3 times.. I won close to 25000 aud from 500 dollars… they reduced my vip level to 3 and can withdraw only 1200 aud 3 times a day. From then they made 700 and then dint allow to withdraw any amount. I asked them I want my all money and close acc. The support said the money will be voided if we close the account. 15000 aud they will void am I a fool.. such a nonsense casino

Azienda pessima ti chiamano dicendoti sei stato selezionato per un bonus, ti fanno caricare, vinci. Poi non ti fanno ritirare perché non hai raggiunto il bonus.

State lontani da tutti i casinò online ma specialmente da questo. Oltre a vincere ogni 1000 euro buttati qualche spicciolo, è quasi impossibile prelevare. Poi la cosa più assurda è che sono stato contattato telefonicamente da uno di questi ladri che gestisce il casinò dicendomi che tramite telegram avrei ricevuto un bonus senza deposito in cash di 34 euro più dei giri gratuiti. Ovviamente mi hanno chiesto di depositare e non ho ricevuto i bonus promessi. E ora sono giorni che chiedo sia eliminato il mio account è fanno di tutto per renderlo impossibile. Ladri e bugiardi insomma.

I deposited money it was taken out of my bank account and never deposited on my account. Sg said it was cancelled from my banks end but my bank said it processed through no problem. Just took my money awful. For someone that has been playing for them a long time couldn't even offer me my money in credits.. considering I've spent enough to be considered VIP. Disappointing won't be playing again.
