Thorough and professional
Just finished nearly 4 years with SG and am only ending engagement due to retirement.
SG have been excellent from start to finish, everything is clear and simple, administration is fast and efficient and the response to any queries very quick indeed.
I have always been paid on time, information on the payslips is clear, they did my tax returns for a few years and handled payment to my private and company pensions. If you want hassle free service from a thoroughly professional company I would highly recommend. If I go back to work ( unlikely!) I would sign up again, no hesitation. PS - I've seen it go bad with other contractors operating under a different company. Not all umbrella's are the same! I am not surprised SG continually get great reviews

I able to talk to an individual whenever there is a need to discuss anything. I always get a reply and always know what is required. I have been contracting for 13 years and SG have easily been the best umbrella company, to date.

Happy with my choice so far
During my search for an umbrella company it was important for me to find a accredited company with a direct line to contacts (a more personal one to one service) both boxes ticked here.my onboarding service has been simple thanks to my helpful assistant Danielle Varney, Although I am only just though the onboarding process and therefore unable to comment at this early stage on the overall service provided by SG my initial impression is on of confidence in this company due to the friendly and professional manner of not only Danielle but other members of the company i have been in communication with so far. Having been a contractor for a number of years, I have used the services of a number of Umbrella companies and I have a good feeling about this one.

Staff really helpful and attentive
Staff really helpful and attentive.
I worked with SG for only 6 months, but they have been always helpful with some of the issues I encountered.
They are quick to respond, and the ladies I talked to have been always extremely prepared, courteous, welcoming and patient with my random question.

Amazing all round service with a much more personal touch than the bigger umbrellas. Amazing pricing too. They were lightening fast onboarding me on their system and turning round the contract back to the agency that sourced the contract. Great service from everyone I engaged with by email and phone.
