Really happy with my experience. Shipping was much faster than I expected, and the item arrived in a plain brown box with no branding, which I really appreciated.
I bought the Premium Sex Machine as a gift for my wife, and she loves it. The product feels well made and works exactly as expected.
Overall, a smooth purchase and I would definitely order from SexLovey again.
They responded fast, shipped fast and have amazing products. I would greatly recommend buying from this reputable company.
I was a little hesitant to order adult products online at first, but sexlovey.com turned out to be such a trustworthy shop. I appreciate that they focus on adult wellness rather than vulgar displays, which made browsing much more comfortable.
Order processing was quick, tracking number sent right after payment. The discrete packaging is such a big plus for me, I hate drawing unwanted attention. The product I received has great craftsmanship, non-toxic material as advertised.
I had a small question about maintenance after receiving the goods, support team gave clear and gentle guidance. Prices are reasonable compared to other similar overseas stores, no hidden fees at checkout.
5 stars without hesitation, this is my go-to store for future purchases.
Currently, they have my $500. Currently, I have a broken s*x machine that was defective on arrival. They asked for video of the problem. I said sure, I'll show you a video of it doing nothing. They see my video and swear up and down they are SURE it is just the speed controller and they very pushily insisted they were sending a replacement and all would be in working order. That should have been shipped as quickly as the machine. It wasn't. It took nearly a month. Before this, I made sure to ask if I'm still able to be refunded if the new part doesn't fix the problem. They said yes---try remember that detail--because now it is June, and I purchased this huge mistake, this useless $500 pile of scrap metal, in April. Once I contacted them to tell them HEY this didn't work I want a refund now, they did nothing but attempt to dodge me, talk me out of it, and even convince me to let them troubleshoot it AGAIN. Insane. Now, they are ignoring me. There must be a way to hold them accountable. If there is a way to force them to give me my money back or at least a working machine so I can sell it (I don't want their sketchy, defective machine but I demand to be made whole), they better believe I will find it because they have, quite frankly, stolen my money. They need to return my money immediately, PERIOD.
Whoever is in charge is a liar they never sent my $650 worth of stuff out. It says it ships within 12 hours. You have it 2 to 4 days delivered. And I still don’t have it and they don’t even respond back. I told them I still don’t have it. They said they were sick and it went out last week which is a lie. I would definitely not trust this company. I still don’t have my product. I ordered it on.
4/29 and I still do not have it and whoever’s in charge is just rude. They definitely lie.
