My email to seven cells... currently awaiting response. I am a Registered Nurse with a compact license, this means I can practice nursing in several states. Please read and DO NOT take if this is your lot number 12JUN25CYP, there are known reactions that require antibiotics. Unfortunately for my husband's friend, it required incision and drainage of his leg.
As the wife of a patient currently undergoing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) using your product, I’m writing to express my deep concern regarding serious adverse reactions experienced by both my husband and his long-time friend. My husband has received three administrations of your testosterone product, each injected at a different site, and all resulting in painful, swollen, hot-to-the-touch lumps. He is now receiving antibiotic treatment for the infection—something he has never experienced with any other TRT injection.
After noticing these symptoms, my husband contacted his friend—also receiving TRT from the same doctor and from the same product batch. Shockingly, his friend developed a severe infection following his very first injection that required incision and drainage. They compared their vials and confirmed they were both prescribed testosterone from lot number 12JUN25CYP.
When Seven Cells reached out to my husband, your team attributed the infection to improper injection technique and suggested he had caused his own adverse reaction. However, I am the one who administers the injections. I am a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience providing intramuscular injections using aseptic technique. I administered his previous TRT injections—not provided by Seven Cells—without a single adverse reaction. Your representative's claim that my husband is “the only one” who experienced issues is demonstrably false.
Furthermore, Seven Cells has made no effort to warn other patients about this clear safety issue tied to a known batch of your product. My husband has received no clear remediation—no refund, no meaningful guidance. When he raised his concerns, your pharmacist, Anna, referred to his request for a refund as “irrelevant”—a deeply insensitive remark given the infection required medical intervention. That level of professionalism—and disregard for patient safety—is unacceptable.
As a healthcare professional, I have never before witnessed this specific kind of reaction in any of the countless intramuscular injections I’ve administered, let alone in two individuals exposed to the same medication batch. I am alarmed by the lack of accountability and transparency demonstrated by your organization.
I would like to know:
Where can I leave a formal review for your product?
Who can I contact regarding the mishandling of this situation by your pharmacist, Anna?
What steps will be taken to ensure proper handling and communication around adverse product reactions?
At minimum, my husband deserves a full refund and an apology. His numerous voice messages have gone largely unanswered, and the effort he's invested in trying to resolve this issue is being met with indifference.
I look forward to your prompt response and a clear plan to remediate this matter.

They delivered the first couple months on time. The next few were spotty at best. Last delivery was delayed, warm, there wasn’t any cold in the packets. I don’t know how bad that will be yet.

Over charged me for Tirzepatide, stated $297 plus $25 shipping for first month. Pretty sure that doesn’t add up to $522. No one I spoke to could fix the issue. Take your business somewhere else. Total rip off scam company.
