We're a UK firm of employment solicitors specialising in settlement agreements. Our lawyers review your agreement, explain in plain English what you're actually signing away, and tell you whether the terms you've been offered are fair. Your agreement isn't legally binding until a qualified solicitor has advised you on it — so this step isn't optional, and it's your opportunity to find out where you really stand. We advise on settlement agreements arising from redundancy, restructures and role eliminations, as well as performance management and capability processes, disciplinary and grievance situations, workplace disputes, discrimination and whistleblowing concerns, sickness and long-term absence, and negotiated exits at any level. In most cases your employer contributes towards your legal fees as part of the agreement, so there is typically nothing for you to pay. We'll tell you upfront if that isn't the case. No jargon, no pressure, and no obligation to proceed. Just a clear answer from a solicitor, usually within 24 hours.

This was flawless from start to finish
This was flawless from start to finish. Initial contact was as immediate as promised, Michael prompting me for some minor additional information and following this up with a suitable email. I then had a call booked with Gareth the same day and the appointment was prompt, almost to the second. Within half an hour the initial review was complete and from there it is simply following their process to completion.
I cannot recommend these chaps highly enough. They take what could be a stressful process and simplify it superbly.

smooth and hassle free end to end process in less than half a day
THe end to end process was so smooth, informed in all stages, Gareth explained every single clause in my settlement agreement, the signature and communications are all online and hassle free. I am quite pleased with the service I received and to top that the price was capped to what the employer paid. disclaimer: My case was a straight forward and I had no negotiation happening.

Clare was amazing...thank you
There were some glitches with the on line booking system. However,these were quickly resolved. Clare who helped me,was amazing. She helped, one very stressed person to feel at ease, her advice was brilliant and she picked out areas of the agreement which I needed to push back on and helped me with my correspondence. I really felt like I had someone fighting my corner, rather than being attacked, which is what a settlement agreement suddenly sprung,feels like. Thank you Clare.
