bonjour ,cela des années que je commande chez eux . une fois jai du renvoyer un appareil defectueux ,on m'a envoyé un qr code pour ne pas payer l'envois. apres retour chez le fournisseur j'ai eu l'objet remplacé sans soucis . Le service apres-vente est très correct et réactif . Il manque rarement quelquechose dans les commandes . Une des entreprises les plus fiables dans le domaine .

The worst. If they give you an estimated delivery date, add at least a month. They'll give you a reasonable delivery date and once its shipped, they'll add a month. Guaranteed. Absolute clowns.
Oder never arrived
Awful experience. I bought 43 items for 350€ on the 18th March 2021 and I received just 1 item on time.
After 50 days I'm still waiting for the remaining items and the last tracking information of the shipment was on the 15th of April.
The reply from the contact centre is the same every time...due to the CORONA virus, there is a delay with the shipment. It's ridiculous

Just don't buy from them
Awful experience, would not recommend.
Products are cheap, some sensibly cheaper than other vendors online. But I won't recommend you buy here.
First, I've ordered an extractor whose wiring took me an afternoon: I had to tear down the whole thing, knobs and board and everything, just to access the connectors and then cramp everything in the little box. Not acceptable, can't imagine having to do that every time there is a problem.
Problem started when I asked for a replacement. They do say the return is free, you can change your mind in 30 days after receiving the goods, but you still have to pay for shipping. That would have been more than 40€ for me, for a 80€ extractor. Obviously doesn't make sense so I had to eat the costs.
The costumer service, while polite and quickly in getting back to you, has no knowledge whatsoever of products so they can't discuss the merit of what you're talking about.
Basically no after sale support.
But the worst thing, and the reason why I've decided to register and write up this review, is that I posted a commentary on servovendi, on the Winflex TT 125 U extractor I bought, describing its flaws and why I don't recommend it to others.
Well that commentary was never published, which I find disturbing. Of course there is a review of the product published before mine, it's a 5 stars praising it.
Never again, do yourself a favor and buy your gear elsewhere.

Trabajo en esta empresa: Tienen una gran selección de productos para el cultivo a precios buenos. Mandan los pedidos en un día cuando tienen stock. Si no lo tienen, se ve la disponibilidad en cada ficha de sus productos y cuando sus suministradores cambian la fecha de suministro, también avisan.
En cuanto a los envíos está bien, que mandan un número de seguimiento siempre. En todo caso, aquí en España (península), se envian los pedidos con mensajería con entrega al día siguiente.

ServoVendi hat eine riesige Auswahl an Gärtnereibedarf - und das zu teilweise sehr günstigen Preisen.
Ich habe zwei mal dort bestellt und die Pakete kamen innerhalb der versprochenen 3-7 Werktage an. Bei den Bestellungen wurde nichts vergessen und ich bekam auch alles, wofür ich bezahlt habe.
Sehr schön fand ich auch, dass alles am nächsten Werktag versandt wird. Man erhält einen Trackingcode und kann so einsehen, wann das Paket ca. ankommt.
Derzeit erwarte ich noch ein Paket vom Shop und sollte alles passen, werde ich dieses Review nicht mehr ändern. Ich habe vor dort nun regelmäßig zu bestellen, Preis-Leistung ist echt top.

ServoVendi has a huge selection of gardening accessory for a budget.
I ordered two times from their shop and the packages arrived in the advertised time of 3-7 working days (Europe). They shipped my stuff the next working day with a tracking code, so you can see when the parcel will arrive.
Recently I ordered another package and if everything goes well I won't update my review here. I am willing to order from them periodically and I can only recommend this shop for everyone who needs garden supply.
UNACCEPTABLE ... items PAID for, NOT delivered ... ServoVendi claim I am lying.
I placed an order online on ServoVendi's website.
Then received an email from SEUR that they were to be delivered to a business address on 03 September. An employee at the business address signed for the delivery of ONE box, not noticing that the paperwork stated there were supposed to be TWO boxes, with a total weight of 9kgs. That, it turns out, was a HUGE mistake.
The business notified me that a delivery had arrived, so I immediately drove their to collect my ServoVendi items, excited at the shipment's arrival.
I was disappointed and angry when I arrived at the business address, because I was expecting a much larger consignment than just the single box that sat there.
The order that I paid in full for, prior to delivery, included FOUR (4) 50L bags of soil, each weighing 16.8kgs, so for the paperwork to state a total of just 9kgs proved their had been an error in items that had been shipped.
[In fact, a calculation of the total weight of the items paid for came to 84kgs, not including any additional packaging.]
So it was immediately obvious, the order had not been filled correctly.
I made multiple attempts to communicate with ServoVendi via all means available; i.e. Phone, E-mail, online Contact Form, Facebook, Twitter and Whatsapp ... all of which were ignored.
When I finally received an email from Fabiana, it was to provide me with proof that I had received the items, which was an attachment of the delivery document, showing "2 boxes, total weight 9kgs".
I asked Fabiana how it was possible to pack all of the items into just 2 boxes.
I asked Fabiana how it was possible for an order, that included FOUR x 50L bags of soil, to have a total weight of just 9kgs.
ServoVendi not only seem happy to accuse me of lying, but it would appear they also claim they can defy the laws of physics, and suspend gravity!
Of course, my questions have gone unanswered.
As I write this, noone from ServoVendi is communicating with me.
ServoVendi has my money, AND ServoVendi still has the items I have paid for.
I am angry, disappointed, frustrated, insulted, out of pocket, and being ignored.
The obvious is in front of their eyes, but they choose to ignore it.
I CHALLENGE SERVOVENDI to repack my order, into 2 boxes, for a total weight of 9kgs.
If they can do it, I will humbly apologise, and let them have my money.
But I can guarantee ServoVendi won't accept the challenge, because if they actually took the time, and cared enough about their customers to stop and think about it, ServoVendi would know it is IMPOSSIBLE.
The paperwork that they claim PROVES that I received the goods, is in fact, proof that I did not.
You can not pack 84kgs of items¹ into just TWO boxes², with a total shipping weight of just 9kgs. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE ... and yet this is [seemingly] their official position.
ServoVendi - use common sense - look at the paperwork you use, to call me a liar. Your argument has more holes than the six Air-pots³ that WERE delivered!

UPDATE:
I am pleased to type that this debacle has been sorted.
After considering the tsunami of evidence I presented ServoVendi with, which included the abovementioned 'impossibility challenge', AND an email attesting to SEUR knowing the second package had NOT been delivered, because it was, a) to big to fit in the delivery van, and b) sitting in their warehouse ... ServoVendi were willing to continue discussions based on the premise that the second package had not been delivered.
One week later - I received it.
SEUR didn't help issues by screwing around with its transfer ... but ... eventually, we got there.
ServoVendi were actually pleasant to deal with, but only after feeding them a belly full of humble pie.
Bottom line?
I have my items - so I am grateful for that.
They arrived in non-pristine condition, 1 week later than they should have ... but - they arrived.
I have to be honest; being accused of being dishonest still annoys me. The lasting impression of this entire adventure is of that original response from ServoVendi.
Maybe a more accurate title of the review should be;
UNACCEPTABLE ... items PAID for, not delievered as scheduled ... ServoVendi accused me of lying ... but I proved I wasn't, and received my items one week later.
Fabiana's dismissive email and non-existant Customer Service is the lasting impression here.
It would be unfair of me to update this review without acknowledging that Marc @ ServoVendi was excellent to deal with. Thanks Marc!
probleme de livraison, signature contre colis non respectée
copier coller de mon dernier courrier avec cette entreprise:
"Bonjour, je vous remercie pour vos réponses et vos excuses, mais je constate que malgré mes nombreuses demandes, aucune explication ne m'est donné concernant l'injustice de repayer une livraison alors qu'aucune signature n'a été donné pour la réception de mon premier colis, comme cela est précisé sur votre site. Qu'aucun texto, émail ou appel n'a été envoyé par GLS lors de l'arrivée de mon colis à Toulouse. Je vous signale donc que je changerais de fournisseur si j'en ai la possibilité car je ne me sens pas respecté et entendu.
Mes commentaires décrivant mon expérience suivront sur eBay et tout autre site hébergeant votre marque.
PS : Fabiana, bien que vous ne soyez que le maillon d'une chaine et je m'en doute dans l'impossibilité de faire plus pour moi que d'être simplement polie... je me permet de vous écrire quelques dictons de célèbres auteurs, peut être auriez vous la possibilité de les transmettre à un responsable...

Je suis livré normalement avec signature, pas de signature, je dois recevoir un texto m'indiquant que mon colis est arrivé, pas de texto, je laisse à GLS mon tel, email, portable, et pas un seul de ces moyen de COMMUNICATION n'est utilisé pour me prévenir. Cette entreprise n'est joignable qu'en utilisant un appel surtaxé indécent qui coute environ le coût d'une livraison chez vous. J'ai suivi mon colis sur leur site mais faut il encore qu'il sonne à ma porte et me le livre!!! Cela fait trois fois pour d'autres achat que je dois me déplacer en voiture dans leur entrepôt pour récupérer moi même un colis! Je vous rappel mon premier texto dans lequel je vous fait passer une page de mauvais commentaires sur le livreur GLS que vous avez choisi pour Toulouse, plus d'une centaine il me semble!
Vous m'avez envoyé ce matin vos excuses, et vous m'envoyé que cela est de ma faute maintenant... Je suis entrain de prendre le tps de remplir des commentaires sur les sites parlant de vos produits, je m'apprêtais à dire qu'au moins le service de com. de ServoVendi était correct... je vais rectifier. J'espère au moins que je vais recevoir mon colis, si ce n'est pas fait dans la semaine, je crée un incident sur ebay et me passerais de vos services.
