Had a major service with ServiceMyCar. Pick up and drop off was on time and the customer service team kept me informed throughout the process.
Professional and friendly service and would use again.

First and foremost, PRICE, we all need to save and servicemycar.com tick that box. the service by the staff taking the booking is excellent. not the first time I've used and certainly won't be the last

ServiceMyCar was very professional in the way they handled everything. I was extremely happy with the service provided and they was always updating me with my car over the phone. Sarah, Graham and billy made my experience effortless!

Oil used as mentioned by sales is not what recived

Excellent, professional service - highly recommended! Booking online was easy and the truck showed up on time. Driver was polite and friendly. Checked the car and loaded it onto the truck. 3 hours later I got a message to say the MOT had passed and the car was on the way back. Amazing! I hate garages usually and I'm always afraid of getting ripped off, but this was a great experience.

Booked in for a full service and MOT
From the booking process with the very friendly and knowledgeable customer service lady through to the collection of my car and service it was fantastic.
Was kept informed regarding additional work needed and asked for my approval before hand.

Craig and the mechanics very knowledgeable.
All round good experience at a decent service price

Great experience with service my car today. The driver (Andy) phoned me to say when he would arrive, my vehicle was checked before it left, I was contacted by phone during the day to let me know the progress, and was also kept up to date via email and text.
I found service my car to be friendly, efficient and thorough.

Great communication from start to finish. All staff were helpful and informative. The guys picking up and dropping off were polite, helpful and efficient. Can’t fault the service will recommend to family and friends. Look forward to using you again

First time user of service my car, absolutely superb service from the start to finish, friendly and helpful staff on the phone and excellent service from the drivers collecting and delivering the car back to me! Highly recommend using service my car again!! Thank you

First time using them and can only recommend for a major service. Andy was great for the pickup and delivery. Craig on the service desk kept me informed of the progress. Would definitely use again

A fantastic experience, from the initial call to make a booking all the way through to delivery of my vehicle, I cannot fault the process. As a first time user, everything was talked through and explained and was given the opportunity to ask any questions. I felt in very good hands. Shoutout to Billy who dropped off my car this evening, it was great to meet him. An extremely friendly and professional experience and I will be using the service again. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent service. Nasrine was very friendly and informative at booking. My car was collected for a major service today from my home by transporter by Billy who was very friendly & professional. Craig from the service desk called to keep me updated. No hidden extras. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service, my car was picked up from my house, serviced and dropped back to my door, communication with the company was great and work was done quickly and efficiently, I will definitely use this company again x

This was the most straight forward car service I’ve ever had. Booking online was really easy, could pick a date that suited me. Pick up of my car before 9, the driver even called ahead to let me know when to expect him. Then service report emailed out to me as soon as the car was finished followed by a courtesy call to make sure everything was as I expected. Finally the car was dropped back with me at lunchtime and I have not had to leave the house or arrange alternative transportation/pick ups. Fantastic service!

Used twice once for a service and then for my MOT. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough, after using Halfords for years and each time coming away with £300-400 worth of work I didn’t believe I needed these guys are a breath of fresh air.
Friendly staff, will go out of their way to make things as easy as possible for you, collection and drop off is easy and makes for a better experience! Honestly cannot recommend enough! Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent. Picked up car and dropped back off. No need for me to take time off work to deliver car. Very friendly, helpful, kept me informed, reasonable price, great job. Will use again.

Amazing experience all round!

My BMW 320d came in for a flywheel and clutch replacment, really is night and day difference.

Andy and Craig were superb.

Luke.

Booked my car in Thursday evening for Saturday lunch time ready for Monday, got a phone call asking can it be picked up earlier and we'll deliver it back the same day, couldn't recommend them enough, really friendly guys and will be booking my wife's car in soon for the same service

They charged me for parts that I didn't need or want!

I sent my car there to have the transmission fixed. Even though I told them to ONLY send me relevant parts needed for my issue, they made sure to add 5000aed worth of parts that I didn't need and told me that they had no cancellation policy when I wanted to cancel the parts, AFTER they told me that I actually didn't need them!

I will NEVER send my car there again.
They are the LARGEST service company in UAE NOT the best

I used ServiceMyCar as they are the shirt sponsors of my team, Bolton Wanderers. I am so glad that I did. 24 turnaround from point of booking. 1st class service, totally professional and personal credit to Graham & Andy who picked up and dropped off my car. Well priced and I will definitely be using them again. Great job!
