Serverblend is the worst
Serverblend is the worst. Shut down with no notice and took my money out tho of course. Lost all my plugins and configs that took forever to get all settled. I just spent a ton of money for the holidays on halloween events and all only to now not be able to use them and now lost all my players. There server has shut with completely no notice or explanation! The owner should be ashamed of himself taking our money and no notice and doing their customers dirty like this!
ServerBlend Shut Down and Fraud
ServerBlend has without warning and without offering refunds or ways to cancel autopay services shut down. They turned off the tcadmin panel a week ago, the website went down yesterday and they have now banned everyone from the Discord. Some of the staff from ServerBlend are working on starting a server hosting company of their own so hopefully we can get them back... the staff were always wonderful. But the owner has basically shut it all down with no warning and is still taking money. If you have had that happen to you I suggest you contact the Texas Attorney General and file a complain as well as stopping all auto payments and if you paid for a several month or longer service all at once recently or paid for a month service in the last week contact your bank and dispute the charges. Not much more we can do... but I strongly encourage everyone to file a complain with the Texas AG as them still taking money is fraud. The company is HQd in Austin, TX so the Texas AG would be the one to file a criminal complaint with.

Been with them since March. Customer service was always pretty slow compared to my previous host - often taking 8 hours or so on a "high priority" ticket (Seems customer support only worked daytime US hours).
But in the the last week suddenly the tcadmin panel website does not even load, my servers are down and I can't get in to do anything about it, ftp file access has intermittently been unavailable, and they have ignored all the support tickets I've put in - all week. But of course they did take out payment for the next month on my servers!!!!
Nothing on their twitter/facebook or the news section of their website in over 2 years, and it appears they nuked their discord channels. Nothing via email or their site to suggest they have an outage or something legitimate as a reason to go radio silent while their service is down.
And now even their main website no longer loads. So there's nothing left.
For what it's worth, someone on reddit claims they discord DMed someone on serverblend staff who said they were shutting down and fired all staff.
I didn't want to believe it, but there seems to be no other explanation. So it looks like they have just silently shut down with ZERO WARNING, and stolen our money. Like others are saying :( RIP all our servers

I used to LOVE this company because of their outstanding customer service and reliability and recommended it to countless people over the past few years. Now I'm just thankful I never went autopay with them because I hear they are still taking peoples' money while no longer providing any service to them. Liberty, as they are known on X, the owner, is disgraceful and may actually be committing theft at this point. If they ever get their hands on another business I will avoid it like the plague. And you should too.

I recommended ServerBlend to everyone for years. I rented 9 Ark servers for many of those, spending quite a bit of cash but always getting top notch service (we're talking 30 minutes tops to respond to issues). I had a lot of tickets in this time, not because of any major issues but with 9 servers there's bound to be little things that pop up like stuck updates, etc. About a year ago I noticed that management stopped replying to tickets themselves - which is fine as they should have other people doing it. However the response times went from near instant to being only within an 8 hour window and now it seems they just stopped responding at all.
My server went down somewhere around September 27th 2024. I have been billed since then and paid it due to autopay. Since it's an older game, I didn't notice till a few days ago when one of my players finally said something. The control panel doesn't work right and fails at almost every task. The FTP credentials won't connect so I can get my SEVEN year old save files (I took a local backup late August so it's only a little annoying). They've locked down their discord to channels that people can't type into.
I don't know what to say anymore, this breaks my heart. I've exhausted every means I can think of to getting a message to them so a final review it is...
With a heavy heart
With a heavy heart, I have been motivated to leave a 1 star review. For many years, since the days of Ark Survival Evolved, I've used ServerBlend. The support team is the main reason. Always quick to respond and quick to fix any issues within reason.
But the past couple of months have been a sinking ship. We have been down since Sept 27th with no word on when we will be back. A similar issue occurred the month prior with the same lack of response from their management.
What makes this more frustrating, is that this has occurred both times, right after our billing cycle. So I'm sitting here not able to use a service I have paid for. Such a damn shame...ServerBlend, you used to be top notch. I've always recommended ServerBlend to others in search of a good company to host their game on. But no longer. Such a shame....
Avoid: Terrible Support
Solid in the past, abominable now. The quality of a service is proved in the breach, how they behave when something goes wrong and I'm afraid here ServerBlend are lacking. Node went down at 12 PM yesterday, their system status page showed they were having numerous outages. Given the extent of the problem I figured they'd be on it, so left it for an hour before sending a support ticket. Support ticket was replied to several hours later and this was the first they were aware their nodes were down (not a good sign, when their own status page is lit up like a Christmas tree). They were not able to offer me a solution, and here I am coming up on 24 hours later as they are "waiting for a response from management".
A shame, because I've been with these guys a few years and will be cancelling my contract and going elsewhere as soon as I'm able.
UPDATE: Some three days later I have still not heard back from a manager but their agents have enough time to sit around browsing Trust Pilot reviews 'cause they got in touch. Nothing useful though and in fact "Jess" did tell me a few things that make the firm sound worse. Good work, "Jess"! With Server Blend, your backups are not stored securely and can be lost or inaccessible at any time. Isn't that great when you're paying for managed hosting? Jess also revealed that the service status page is massively out of date with many of the nodes shown being completely fictitious! Good work, "Jess"!
Bear in mind, I didn't ask about any of this, this was just sent of their own accord, instead of y'know, fixing the damned problem. Shockingly bad service.

was with server blend a couple years ago, was great. started a rust server a couple months ago and the server lag during save was pathetic. Fist said it was the node, moved node. next it was a couple plugins, removed them. Still there. Then on wipe day their servers are inaccessible from outside so i cant wipe and update my server. #hours in nothing. Their service and nodes have gone downhill big time. Dont rent a rust server from them
I started a Space Engineers server and it didn't start.
I started a Space Engineers server and found that it downloads in a broken, non-operable state. The server won't start and mods can't load. Support has said this is a "Steam Problem" which I'm sure is possible. Since tech service is only offered from 10am-10pm, I have to wait for the issue to be resolved. If there is a known Steam issue with the install, then it should be made known before purchase.
Best Hosting on the Web
I've hosted a handful of servers from this organization and they have been the most helpful out of any server hosting service I've ever experienced. Staff are happy to help and fast to reply. I've never encountered any issues with the service unless it was my own fault in setting up configuration. I highly recommend their service to anyone else. Very affordable and top of the line. Shout out to Jess within the support team for being amazing!
When starting a Conan Exiles server
When starting a Conan Exiles server, we decided to go with Serverblend. This however, ended in a tragedy when our server seemed to be down for more than a week after us spending hours upon hours trying to ready our server for the general public. During the time that the server was down, ServerBlend stated that there was a corruption in our server, and thus they simply deleted it.
When they deleted it, they deleted all of our hard work that we had poured into the server to try and get it up and running, without them even asking as if we wanted to save it or have a backup of it.
This company doesn't understand how customer service works, and also doesn't care to make sure that there isn't anything more they could have done.

As a long time customer of 2+ years, I receive no service when I need it most, often times when our server goes down it's down for days, waiting for "management" to fix it because none of their regular employees are trained to do so.

Serverblend is one of the best game hosts. I've used Serverblend for over two years and their support is very friendly and helpful. The client panel is easy to use and setting up a server is straightforward and simple, plus they have their own guides if you ever need assistance.

Good service, but not 24/7 coverage
I've used ServerBlend twice in the past for hosting games. I came back to them recently, and found that they no longer provide 24/7 coverage. This was an issue - as I joined and my server automated set-up failed. It was after hours, so I had to wait until the next day before it got fixed and I could configure my server. Their site had a few misleading entries that made it look like they provided 24/7 coverage, and after I pointed them out, they have removed or updated their language. They now only provide support from 10am to 10pm EST.
I originally rated them 2 stars, however, they addressed my ticket and updated their website, so I feel it warranted to adjust my rating accordingly.
The Best Support Experience I've Had to Date
I am currently renting both a 40-slot Arma 3 and 10-slot Teamspeak 3 server through ServerBlend; the bare-bones cheapest level that they offer for both. One Friday, I noticed that I was unable to connect to my Teamspeak server. Concerned, I created a support ticket outlining my concern.
Due to previous experiences with various technical support services and due to the fact that I was not a massive income source to the company, I didn't expect a very prompt response and simply went about my evening.
Unbeknownst to me, the support team of ServerBlend would not only respond within an hour to my concerns with acknowledgement of their receipt of my ticket, but would have a fully transparent explanation of the issue arising from their own hardware within 3 hours. Alongside this explanation was an immediate fix as well as a credit for one week of server time.
Sarah H. and Chris D. from the support team were incredibly forthright and open about my entire issue and I am extremely happy with the support they gave me. If other companies were as supportive as ServerBlend and their support staff, services like Trustpilot wouldn't need to exist.
Poor customer support for non-premium servers
I run a few Arma 3 communities for friends and myself.
In the past 2 years I've worked with ServerBlend, today was the first time I've had to cancel an existing server subscription due to poor quality of service and support.
Reason for cancellation: Poor customer support, inability to actually use the server with custom mods despite troubleshooting and using Command Line/Mod Manager, etc.
Customer support reps were also unhelpful with troubleshooting. One of my community members who submitted a support ticket slightly misspelled the email registered with the server - so they got vague answers or straight up the rep just said they couldn't offer in-depth assistance because the misspelled email didn't show up in the system.
After troubleshooting for about a week, Customer Support offered vague solutions instead of directly fixing the problems with the server files; they eventually performed server maintenance and a server restart after I had stated that I intend to issue a refund.
Then when maintenance was done, the server had even more new issues unrelated to the original problems. Issues stemming from different causes such as default.cfg files being altered by the server restart. New problems on top of existing server issues with proper mod downloads.
Waste of our time and money.
Lovely customer service
I admit that i initially contacted them using their live chat with some scepticism, over the years I've experienced hosting companies not being all they promise to be BUT I have to say the supporter I reached was very honest and straight to the point when answering my questions, so that led my friends and I to try them out and at first we had some issues getting the server setup properly with the mods we wanted and stuff but again the support was indeed all they promised to be, working nonestop till the issue was resolved. The only "negative" thing, if you can even call it that is that the live chat support is at the moment only online during 10 to 15 EST, so not during most of the day for Europeans like me but most people are only online during the evening anyway (including myself) so it's a 5/5 for me.
