The session was A LOT OF FUN. I would never have guessed it would be what it was and if someone had described it to me I would NEVER have joined... but it was AWESOME, such a fun way to start the day and I absolutely agree with the instructor that starting the day like that is great. I still have a smile on my face, I am sure I will think back to it while working hard today and I look forward to the next one.
As I said in the session I imagine this is what Kindergarden was like. TRY IT!

Serious Laughter Yoga delivered a 30 min session at a conference I organised. It was fabulous! Sara had everyone laughing, a few moving enthusiastically around and it was truly a highlight. Would recommend.

The tenants in our Sheltered Housing very much enjoyed participating and we felt the session encouraged them in a positive manner to engage in gentle activity. The session was on Friday it is now Monday and those who participated are still upbeat and discussing amongst themselves what they did and how funny it was.

Sara delivered some sessions for our staff and students as part of University Mental Health Day, which went down really well.
