A member of our customer service team keeps our customers updated if there are any unexpected delays and we are always happy to look at alternatives or part-shipping if preferred.

We currently use third party warehousing for some goods as it allows our customers access to a wider range of items. I’m sorry but the delay in terms of weeks before I received a small order of beads and hooks is not acceptable. I place orders both in England and Scotland and many times receive them next day. Poor service.

Although I have given only a 3 star…
Although I have given only a 3 star rating, I use this shop a lot and have always had a fantastic experience. I got 3 e vouchers as an Xmas gift but had to create 3 separate orders to use them which meant 3 separate delivery charges. In the end I did 3 click and collect orders as I regularly pass the store. There really needs to be a facility to use multiple vouchers on one transaction.
