Bought lovely fishing gloves as a present but we’re too
small so had to return, communication with Serious Fishing was great, am waiting for refund I order to
order bigger size. Amy was very helpful.

I've had an email to "review my purchase" from Serious Fishing but haven't even received my order yet?! I've had two generic emails to apologize for the delay but I contacted them directly last Thursday (it's now Monday of the following week) to ask how long it was going to be and have still not had a response, very disappointed, if I had known it would be this long I would have purchased elsewhere...

My order was cancelled due to a ‘pricing error’ on the website. I never got an update so had to buy the product elsewhere.

The map feeder rod witch Im bought from hou shop is damage, Im send email about this problem and no body contact with me, and I dont know what i have to due, my opinion about this shop is negative, if this happend in other Stationary shop probly the services will be change this rod, used twice crack in holl small fish

I bought a MAP margin pole which, with the offer price and free delivery from NI to mainland UK was excellent value compared to anywhere else. It arrived very well packaged inside the advised delivery time with good comms from the courier.

Serious fishing? Seriously good all round!! Advice, customer service, selection and know how, they tick all the boxes!! From the beginner (me) to the pro they have all the gear and helpful advice and tips that you need!! I purchased a new fly rod recently and on my first outing with it I just couldn’t get on with it, contacted the guys and they had no issue at all exchanging it with something more suitable for me. Will 100% be back to the shop in the future for further purchases without doubt!!

My order was cancelled by Serious Fishing due to having the ‘wrong price’ on their website. They didn’t seem to know what the right price should be!
I found the product for the same price elsewhere.

Ordered Guideline Vosso reel and changed my mind on size after ordering. No problem for SF who did this without issue and bettered the price of major competitor. Emails answered promptly and efficiently. Great customer service. Will definitely use again.
