The shulders felt firm during the first wear, then settled after I moved around in it. I have used the flap pockets for keys, although my larger phone is a tight fit.

It washes really well on a gentle cycle too. I'm giving it five stars, but I'll mention that the buttons on the back of the neck are a tiny bit fiddly to do up by yourself when you are in a rush in the morning.
