Order 15th July and I still havent received it. Emailed and no response. I bought for a holiday which I now cant take it on because its not here

Great product
Great product, been wearing my "silver" Necklace and bracelet most of the year, pool and sea swimming plus loads of running and other exercises, still looks like new. Have just bought another necklace to add variety!

Taken far too long for my delivery! Did not arrive for my daughters birthday!think you should use everi and not Royal Mail , still not arrived will be seeking a refund if not arrived by Monday !is there an update on my delivery?

Not great finish quality
The finish quality is not great on my necklace. The pendant is really sharp on several points and as a result I can’t wear it because it’s ‘pulled’ several of my blouses which are now unwearable too! :( just needed a little filing and polishing I think.
