Yes Let's start a class action law suit or something! So many people have been scammed. For a while I thought that ai was the only one who ordered on December 14th and never received anything. This is not okay and we have to be the ones to prevent them from scamming people in the future!! Let's report them.

Never order from this company. I never received my earpods. But by other reviews they are worthless. How unfortunate i have to give them a star.

No one to contact on order status. Waiting 36 days foe order to arrive . This business is a rip off.

There is no option for zero stars. I purchased 3 AI headphones and paid for expedited shipping on December 14, 2024. Today is January 15, 2025 and I still did not receive them. Also- when I looked for the transaction in my banking app. I agreed to pay $62.76 and saw that they charged me $79.23! Just give me my money back.

They suck order ear pods over 7 week’s ago and have emailed and still nothing. Just refund my money shit. Going to give two more days if I hear nothing I’m going to report them!!! They won’t like it. Just taking people’s money !!!!! Crazy how people do this !!!!!

I did not rate with a zero because there were no option. I placed an order on 12 2 2024 and have not received the order. This is one of the worst ordering places that I have ordered from. I agree with one of the other people that have a complaint about it we need to start a class action suit against this company

Lies about where it is.

This company is built on lies. I've been waiting a month for my translation earbuds. Still haven't received them. I emailed the company and included a screenshot of the original tracking information they sent me saying that were being shipped from Italy. After I sent my email they responded to the email and gave me a new tracking number. Now they say it left China. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! All they do is lie!

Don't buy anything from this fraudulent company, they're a SCAM, all you get is a pair of cheap Earbuds made in China.

The product doesn't interpret as I thought it should. We can't get them to work with our phones. If I wanted my cell phone to translate then I would have downloaded a translation app that works. My card was billed on Nov 30, 2024. Package received Jan 10, 2025,

I agree with everyone on this company , thought I was getting ai translation earbuds but in what they meant were a cheap pair of Bluetooth earbuds. Can’t do any AI translation at all, doesn’t even come with any paperwork to tell how to setup that feature.

As like many of the messages here about SentDream.com... it is a bogus company stealing our money.
I to have waited over a month (7 Dec) to receive my item (AI Translation Earbuds). I don't believe I will receive after reading the other complaints... mine started out in Ireland blah blah and today's latest message showed origin China.
SentDream states it goes through PayPal but it does not. I called them and they have no record of it going through them. I started a dispute action with my bank on CC fraud!

Avoid this company like the plague! Ordered a set of translation ear phones on 11-29-24 received a tracking number which indicating the package was coming from Germany. After a long series of tracking from Germany to Chicago then the package stalled there of three weeks. I made numerous inquries asking over and over when my package would arrive only to state it is in transite. Finally it is 1-09-2025 and I am given a new tracking number and new tracking company which indicated the package is waiting for delivery and is in China. I replied the package has been reordered and I still want a full refund which they said can't be done since the package has been mailed. I aked wished to speak with the customer service supervisor. still waiting.
Do yourself a big favor and steer clear of sentdream company.

Ordered the AI translation earphones. They arrived and are decent earphones but they require an app to do translations. The app required a device code to bind to the earphones and no such information was forthcoming from the company. I plan to return them if this cannot be resolved.

If I could give -0 stars I would. Pathetic company!!! It is the worst company ever. I ordered my product in October. After 50 million lying emails stating the product is coming from Finland. Finally received a product never ordered. I ordered translation earbuds and got regular from Chicago. They need to be investigated.

I have been waiting since December 2, 2024 for my item. Now that I have read a few reviews I know that they are a fraudulent company and why they are still able to be in business and nothing is being done. We should start a class action lawsuit against this company. Who's in with me? Let is shut these guys down!

i bought translator headphones on 30.11.2024.

On 02.12.2024 I received a tracking number with shipping from the USA and on 16.12.2024 the goods arrived in Austria according to tracking. On 21.12.2024 at the shipping partner.

On 06.01.2025 I wrote the first mail, what is this all about. over three weeks at the shipping partner and no delivery.

then I got a new tracking number, where supposedly on 31.12.2024 the goods arrived in Amsterdam coming from China.

when I expressed my displeasure, the support prepotently explained to me that I can still wait. What position does the support team think they are in to be able to tell me that I can still wait?

I have now set a deadline of today, if the goods do not arrive today, I will open a case with PayPal and get my money back via PayPal.

No matter how much you want to believe in a product they sell, don't buy it. The company is called sentdream because they send dreams, not reality. My product did not have the proper model connection code and they said the "relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you." It was only 1 product so this proved it was a standard, pre-scripted sentence. They offered $2 back which doesn't cover shipping costs. Dispute with your bank. AVOID!! BEWARE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Straight up, this a SCAM COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! YOU'LL RECEIVE NUMEROUS EMAILS PRETENDING TO TRACK YOUR ORDER BUT, THE PRODUCT NEVER GETS DELIVERED TO YOU. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a set on 12/03/2024,today is 1/04/2025,and I still haven't received the order. They stopped answering my emails the tracking says the same thing over and over. IN USA JACKSON in transit to carrier. That's it. Never ever purchase anything from this company. Called my card holder and canceled payment.
