There was a mix up with my delivery
There was a mix up with my delivery, but the team at Sensory Sam quickly dealt with it. My son got his sensory swing on time for his birthday. They were very efficient and helpful. The product is absolutely beautiful, lovely fabric, colour and of excellent quality. You get everything you need to install it in your home. I also bought and extra carabina so we can use it outside. They are slightly more expensive than others on the internet but these will last and I think my son is going to get years of relaxation, quiet and creative enjoyment out of it. Thanks Sensory Sam!

Real service
When I ordered the bubble tube I had forgotten to apply the 10% discount so I emailed Sensory Sam to tell them my oversight(not thinking that it would result in anything) I received a response in minutes informing me that they applied the discount & the refund would be paid into my account and it was within days. Now that's what I call service 😊
The bubble tube arrived a couple of days later & our granddaughter loves it.

So plush and snuggly
I purchased the "Weighted Blanket Bumpy Fur in Pink, Large".
Everything was hassle free, easy to use website, delivery was super speedy. I must say very impressed with the quilty, maybe a little disappointed that you can see the blue lines from the weighted blanket itself through the cover on the bottom. BUT it looks soo pretty on my bed very inviting. SUPER PLUSH AND SNUGGLY, THANK YOU🥰

Dropshipping website! Do your research!
This "company" simply dropships items from Temu, Shein and other companies.
A good example is their "Texture Sensory Balls 10 Pack" which they sell for a whopping $69.00.
If you do a Google search for "Baby tactile balls" you will find the exact same balls for well under $10.00 from Shein.
There are many many more examples on their website, please do your research before you waste money here.

HI Robert, allow me to address your concerns, we have a Warehouse in New Lynn Auckland that we dispatch nationwide. We dispatch daily monday to friday and depending on location its usually overnight from dispatch, from which we dispatch within 24 hours weekdays. Therefore we do not dropship. No, we are not like Shein, or Temu. We are a small family business serving the Neurodivergent community in Aotearoa NZ. We do not have access to the massive supply chain or the discount leverage for the likes of Shein or Temu, however we always offer quality, speed of delivery and customer service that makes good if a customer is unhappy, that reflects our kaupapa- We support our community, and our awesome community supports us. Shein or Temu are somewhat lacking in those attributes, and that is why we are proudly different. Have a great day!
